Before i do a rush and a push home. I will leave you with this one post from the same period , look at the share price now and then read what i claim the fair pre hearing risk price was back when the share was 19p ;- Yes i said 30-33p!!
Once again i would ask you to point me to any such research carried out and posted by your good self on CHL that comes within a country mile of this.

Ok you tight sods i will give you a bit of the research note for free-
Evils research is based on the worst case scenario 290 million shares in issue in 4/5 years time.
It also uses the mean average award of 40% and the 1 in three chance of winning.

40% Award of amount CHL claimed using above fugues circa 290 mill shares gives circa 100p per share.
Discount this with the 1 in three chance of actual winning and you have a running fair risk value of 30-33p. If you feel the case will be over in 3 years then the running fair risk value jumps to 49.5p.

Evil is very cautious, he even blows on his yogurt in a morning, so i personally used worst case scenario for my figures.
Evil says in his opinion this is undervalued until 33p-49p depending on your personal outlook on the length until completion.

This short post is more factual and informative that the 7000 and 5 years worth of posts about diddly squat from Debs!!!
Even if evil does bang is own chest somewhat!!! ;) xxx

The ignorance is bliss on here as always. Actually circa 60%-70% of arbitration claims fail.
But what for facts, so unimportant here.
Best you remain faithful to hearsay, ramp, lies and bet your chips on the strength of what some slippery imbecile on the other BB tells you.

i think we all know that you are debbi and my posts stand for them-self.
If you direct me to any posts from yourself giving the correct date of the procedural hearing when debbie and her illegal ramping gang of id's were promising June and lost punters £1000's then please please do.
Until that time i can ot take you seriously!

Rosoru Mining has been paid out 1/3 and Churchill shareholders are likely to also get 1/3. These cases do actually win most of the time.

Did you know that Stans Energy rose 50% yesterday that is in a similar dispute.

i have refrained from posting on this thread down to the repetitive nature of Debbie's alias.However...

What i would say is just read the thread header DO NOT BE CONNED -Forgery decision not due in JUNE
Then read company RNS dated 21/6/2016.(below) explaining the that very same fact.(After i did so me)

Then explain to me, the only person on advfn, who understood and gave you all the correct date, exactly where i got it wrong?
Would you like me to re post all the posts claiming the outcome was due in June from all the 'experts' ask criminal rampers/morons?

I rest my case with my thread header V your post on the date of the outcome!

TIMING OF DECISION ON INDONESIA'S FORGERY DISMISSAL APPLICATION

The Directors of Churchill Mining plc (AIM:CHL) refer to the announcement of 5 May 2016, in which the Company reported that the ICSID Tribunal had advised that it had made good progress in its deliberations on Indonesia's Forgery Dismissal Application and would revert with an indication of when its ruling will be issued.

The ICSID Secretariat has now advised that the Tribunal expects to issue its ruling in the course of September 2016.

Churchill Chairman David Quinlivan said "We are pleased that the Tribunal has confirmed the timing of the issuing of its ruling on Indonesia's Forgery Dismissal Application."

DrJ
They are in arbitration using ICSID. A decision is due in September for a vital part of the whole process. It is far too complicated to explain in a post. I suggest you start by going through the points and links in the header. It will take some time but it could be a rewarding exercise! Good luck.

Hello Dr Jekyll (7463)

Welcome aboard - I don't think we've met before ?

CHL won't be producing anything now. This is purely an arbitration play and the share price is based on the likely / potential outcome of CHL's compensation claim against ROI which is being dealt with by ICSID. David Quinlivan who is the CEO of CHL covers it all in the video and podcasts detailed above.

If you can find time to read the material linked to in the header by Debbie (it's her board - not mine) that should give you all the background info you need to decide whether this one is for you.

The size of the resource is just one factor among many. But CHL is now all about the claim against ROI for ejecting them once the vast coal resource was discovered.

GL - whatever you decide to do here. This isn't one for widows or orphans - it's a classic binary bet on the outcome of a claim. If that's your bag then well and good. If not you might want to pass on it......

Presumably they are some way off from producing anything FlyingC? Is it just the size of the resource that is generating the interest in future growth? That sounds a bit simplistic but I hope you know what I mean :)

Thanks weegeordie (7461)

I just checked that now - you're right about that. (My post 7457 was just on the basis of the chart shown in the header of this board, but I see what you mean - the same pattern is repeated again and again). I'm not a chartist in any formal sense but I do find that history has a habit of repeating itself and a general sense of perspective can be gained by looking at charts.

At any rate CHL certainly now looks primed for an almighty surge in the share price if and when favourable news breaks.

weegeordie, have been taking a look here since you mentioned it to me. The legal situation is a concern on the face of it. That is before you look more deeply. I presume they have loads of cash for these appeals, etc? Sorry, haven't had time to research thoroughly as my wife got me out to paint some of the garage. She is better at it than me mind you :)

Also, debbie, how nice it is to see a well run thread particularly with the deterioration in advfn threads.

Debbie,
I closely followed for a few years some start up mining companies including Beacon Hill Resources and also Atalya mining, formerly Emed mining. Both these were first class resources, supposedly excellent directors but with some political risks no worse than CHL it seemed, the forecasts of riches and the bulletin board hype has now completely disappeared as dilution and delay after delay has eroded all but the insanely optimistic players. BHR went into administration, Emed is just another start up miner albeit with usefully existing infrastructure. The percentage success rate for PI's in investment of these type of companies is woefully small and seriously underplayed by various brokers.

I was not aware though that CHL had been offered between £2 & £5 a share in the past and I have been here about 5 years? I am still grateful to Prabowo though, otherwise this opportunity would not currently be available to us.

Good point that F.C. there are chartists who look for shares that have a bowl forming, and see it as positive.
stephen1946

I realise it's not strictly relevant to the current circumstances of CHL, where the share price will now be determined by news, but if you look at the long term chart at the top of the page from mid 2015 to date that is one huge bowl forming.... Slingshot up anyone ?

It's a not completely dissimilar pattern for the period from late 2014 to mid 2015 which then culminated is the massive run up from c.12/13p to about 50p. The turn up this time is more pronounced and slightly more gradual, but it's interesting (to me at any rate) to look at how CHL was traded in the past and the patterns of it's price action.....

I wonder where we'll end up this time once the judgement is out ?

Theorb, when we had a selection of offers on the table I bet we would have got more than £2 as the forecast was £5.00 psh within five years[taking into account dilution] at the coal prices then

If we win tribunal we should all be very grateful to Prabowo because there is absolutely no way that the share price would be worth what it is today let alone the potential to be £2 a share and upwards. the price of coal and energy generally at the moment are still on the floor. As with all these start up mining shares there is usually continual dilution of value as loans and share issues are needed on a regular basis to keep the development going and to pay directors high salaries.
