Without going back and looking, my memory of the ICSID comments re. the curved ball of the authenticity case was that it would not impact on the original timeframe - not sure what that was without looking but we could get a merits decision pretty closely after the September decision.

Interested to see the authenticity report from tribunal, I'm assuming it will be made public.

Slightly different scenario but OXS was 5 years from the tribunal date before a decision, albeit poor, was made. The September decision could be pinnacle to a quick wrap up, but the quantum will IMHO still be in 2017 at the earliest. With the time of legal processing and the ROI wanting to drag this out to cloud matters, in honesty I am not sure!Of course the sooner the better, but I am relatively confident of a decision in favour of CHL in September, but then how long for the quantum? The silver lining on a longer wait..... Whilst this all goes on, allows time to accumulate a position.

Hi Debbie, thanks, exciting times ahead!

Ross, I recollect the phrasing of DQ's words meant his 18 months were from when he was speaking which was over six months ago. I'll try and check back to give the precise quote. We can add an extra 3 months on to DQ's projection to be conservative as I think he anticipated a June authenticity decision. That would not make it years plural but just 12 months or so without an OOC settlement. DQ certainly wasn't projecting a timescale from the merits decision as his wording should show unless my memory is playing tricks!

Rossamon,

Have you listened to the podcast ?

I for 1 do not believe anyway that IF WE WIN we will go the full distance without OOC

But thats just my opinion.

Years away ?
Not according to the DQ interview on the podcast [see header]

Folks should be willing to pay 70+ if they are confident of an award within a year IMO

In a game of poker, the bluff, you should know, can only last so long. If the opposition has a winning hand, the bluffer ALWAYS has to be aware of, THE CALL. Icsid must be very near that point, ROI will be aware that the ante is increasing all the time and he is bluffing and when a bluff goes wrong, the bluffer is out of the game and becomes known on the TABLE as, a bluffer. Therefore all the other cases lining up to claim compensation are on a winner before they start.
ROI have to settle before the landslide that is CHL becomes an avalanche of claims against WIDODO, An innocent victim who will now seek an honourable exit.

mms creating false spikes where nobody buys or sell then it looks like they are plummeting when they drop back causing folk to sell so they can gather shares.

Is that the only way they can get shares ????

You are probably right there Rossaman but if we win do you think ROI may want to block the announcement and perhaps settle quiet quickly ?

It spiked because they were re organising themselves.
It would appear nobody bought or sold then shows a drop and spoils the day .
