In my opinion, i dont beileve CHL are in any particular rush to settle, ROI need this out of the way, it is extremely damaging to their reputation, the evidence for that is in the drop of international investment, by 50% compared to last year.

Plus the amount that CHL will settle for will again, in my opinion, be somewhere very near the original claim.

I am not interested in what has gone before(acceptance of 30% 45% of claim)this is entirely different, the evidence, and there is plenty of it, points to ROI NOT wanting any publicity of their dubious, dishonourable tactics. The damages will be paid and the reason for fall-out? A misunderstanding.

The asians are good at maths, they know this. Few Asian countries have stripped assets and not many companies have gone back.Indonesia is the third largest democracy. It has great potential..

Maybe it could be called, the churchill effect? Perhaps thats the reason for the swift appointment of the new finance minister. Cant be anything but good for CHL.

It is £50 a month over 11 months and I am paying that for an old Vanquish Visa card debt. The other debt I have is £950 to a payday loan company, but they have not bothered to pursue me. Therefore there be no need to pay them back, unless they go to the court to get a CCJ against me.

I heard there is one spread bet company for trading penny stocks, that apparently will take on anybody. If I can think of the name of it I be tempted at the end of August to try to open an account and take out a spread bet on Churchill Mining. As it do take a long time for a debt to get as far as applying for a CCJ.

After all it is my ambition to really hit the bigtime through Churchill Mining.

In the past I would of taken on the 20% margin for Churchill with the risk of a CCJ against me from the spread bet company if we lost the forgery.

The reason I not doing it this time. Is that my credit rating is the lowest one you can get, so no chance in opening a spread bet account.

Also I am paying a CCJ at £50 a month, because I am too scared not to pay it. Due to that I have 3 house cats and I want to keep my bedroom window open in the summer.

Two years ago it was like Baylifs your welcome to come and take a look, and there is even tea or coffee, because there is nothing to take anyway.

But why have they gone to 50%, others are 20%. They are expecting movement one would imagine.I know spreadex do 20% on aim shares..
