Morning All

I am tied up with work so won't be able to post much this week. But am still here and still holding.

I never used to believe that CHL was a leaky ship, but the cluster of buys a few minutes before the RNS was released at 12.39 on 20th April suggests otherwise.

Likewise, there was some fairly sustained buying first this morning - almost as if somebody found something out over the weekend.

It might not be as quick as on 20/4 (look at the posts on the thread - the RNS came in a few minutes after the flurry of buys was commented on), but this morning's buying activity looks positive for CHL.

As I see it CHL will prevail now. The questions are how much and when.

warrant holders also made enough by selling their placing shares and may hold on to some of their free shares ?
Especially since the odds have improved ?

Would have also thought those that wanted a quick payout on their warrants would have taken it last week

I an not a lawyer or an accountant, but some of the events that have taken place surely favour CHL.

Like that mysterious fire at their office awhile ago, the inevitable will happen, CHL WILL GET COMPENSATED.

imho

You're not going to get 400p nowhere near. This company is running out of cash and will settle. The market cap is already getting a bit top heavy after the recent round of pumping. If talks come to anything, you will end up with full restoration of license, fully binding and legit paperwork for the permits so the project can get started asap, and likely a payout which will cover all arbitration costs plus a nominal ammount which I expect will be no more than £10-15mill.Why would you expect more if the licenses are restored. It's fantasy to talk of billion pound payouts for a project which hadn't even progressed past just pure exploration..

Or somebody really does know something? Bear in mind the large buyers that keeps appearingm even today the buys are flooding in, far to many to be based on a bb ramp.

to most of us the party games dont matter.
We are certainly worth this much and more with the odds of the bet but some people to advantage knowing that many traders would not be able to hold.
