15/2/2016 14:30 | Roi have funds set aside to settle such disputes and I believe there is a reasonable time frame for them to settle within. If not assets are siezed. That is all of course firstly IF we win the forgery case and IF we win if they dont press for OOC before we go any further. | debbiegee
15/2/2016 14:21 | The point I was making is that if an award is made then there will be terms of payment to be discussed. No one in ROI will effectively be authorised to write a cheque the following day an award is made. This is not petty cash money. With it being ROI I fully expect that they will, as is typical, make delay after delay; perhaps even wait for a change of govt. Payment will take years, be subject to internal legal review and may in fact not be hard cash at all. May even not get paid at the end of the day, even allowing for the powers of ICSID to 'enforce' it. That is not to take away the fact that the share price can reasonably be expected to rise if the rumour mill about ICSID decisions are on the horizon, If an award is made in favour of CHL then the share price will similarly increase dramatically. Just don't be confident CHL will actually get cash is all I'm saying; and as private investors that's not a problem as we are only interested in the share price. | carcosa
15/2/2016 13:40 | Good find ! I thought anyway that the long awaited tick up would be a good 1 just because of the market situation but some fuel in the fire now ! Im not quiet sure about the last statement in the article that if we were awarded a win that it could take so long to enforce ? | debbiegee
15/2/2016 09:16 | Markets saw capitulation on Thursday and even index traders were lookin at buying cheap blue chips on Friday. If there is no further bad news gradually the bargain hunters will also slowly turn their attention to aim stocks. I would suggest Fridays buying was bargain hunters picking up the dip as there appears to be no further news and we are just waiting. The dip here was not chl specific IMO and if we have a better week in general the ridiculous prices we are seeing across the board will pick up. Dont know how many more buys we need for a tick up here ? | debbiegee

12/2/2016 16:02 | Too many numbered trades of 5 and 10 thousand today is making me suspicious. We had a large sale last Friday but only reported the following week, which some say was a stop loss being taken out. So will we have another large sale today reported next week?Or can the 'buys' be family and friends of staff, who may have had a whisper that the hearing results may be about to be released?Or, are they sells masked as buys from family and friends of staff, who may have had a whisper that the hearing results may be about to be released?Or none of the above, in which case, why am I sat here on a Friday afternoon talking to myself like an idiot?Have a good weekend everyone! ;0) | daddy warbucks
