The only issue here IMV is what Ridlatama was ever up to.
This is the "Oxus" fly in the ointment.

Thanks Debbie.

Certainly gone into CHL with my eyes wide open and understand there is a real chance that we lose the lot. However, I always felt that CHL had a far better case than OXS.

Time will tell .....

No problem coley I think a lot did and stated so.
It seemed a wise move at the time.
Sorry for you that it didnt work :-(

I did (part sold some CHL) to fund OXS. Not my greatest moment and have since bought more CHL on the recent dip to get back to original holding.

I think we all know that many stated it or suggested it would be a better idea as it would come to fruition 1st then they could plough back profits here.

The filing of the parties' reply post-hearing briefs signals the close of arguments in the document authenticity stage of the proceedings. The Tribunal will now consider the parties' submissions and will in due course hand down its decision. It is not known how long the Tribunal will take to deliver its decision.

14/8/15
The specific questions to be addressed by the parties in post-hearing briefs will be set out in a procedural order to be issued by the Tribunal shortly. There is no fixed date for the Tribunal to deliver its decision on Indonesia's dismissal application, although the decision is unlikely to be handed down for some months.

Trade of 1 share again. The same thing preceded the last RNS

Then of course the oxus holders that planned to get back in are naturally shorter on funds than they expected so obviously hope the price will stay low as long as possible.

IMO the Oxus CEO hyped the market by saying the result was imminent
[in hindsight the share price did not move much though ?]

As we all know our result from the forgery case could come in June as DQ thought at the presentation but could also come before or after .
Nobody knows perhaps DQ was being cautiously conservative after the oxus fiasco ?

Yes a lot of chl money was moved to oxus thinking they could bring profits back here.
Very sad for them as their plan did not work.
The markets in general have also dragged chl down.

As far as Im concerned even if Europe was politically dead or England totally under water it would not change anything here.
If Im lucky I should least have enough cash to buy a nice proerty in Florida.
Sp is transient but the end result should be worth the turmoil.
IMO a safe haven.

steven, IMO that won't happen as the larger shareholders will ensure money in the coffers.

Oxus is the brake here, without that negative result this would have soared.

No earthly reason why the end result here wont be positive, other than the ROI could drag this out until CHL are penniless. Hopefully icsid have the ability to prevent such shenanigans.

Not much happening this morning other than a couple of sales, price holding well, would have seen a 2p drop before now :-)

I'd like believe that, but the figure will be a lot higher when warrants and options are added.

That '1' trade came a bit late didn't it?I suppose with some large trades going through, today's RNS is just a reminder for large shareholders.
