Don't forget the ROI said themselves that CHL was not guilty of forgery!

Rossannan - I beg to differ.

Its already been documented the licences were properly registered - nothing to decide here

Alleged Destruction of Protected forestry area - the licenses themselves state its not in a protected forestry area and they have testimonials from the locals backing up CHL on this point - nothing to decide here

Mr Noor absence - lots of evidence now removed from the process

Then add intimidation to staff, ROI being obstructive to the process, fires etc.... the whole case is so one sided. Even RoI said at one point CHL are not at fault but then changed their minds

Well said PBO1
I would just like to add chl has always been good for surprises and has never ceased to amaze us positively or negatively.
Even if everybody felt sure when it would come it would surely be contrary and different.
I know what side Im on and have all bases covered LOL
I would rather be in before the herd and wait longer for supposedly half the stake.
Or hopefully [maybe] have at least a 10 bagger rather than a 4 bagger.

OK no point trying to second guess the date. It will come when it comes. I am fully loaded up and willing to wait the duration.

As I have said before the ICSID don't have that much to decide upon so in my view the decision could come much sooner than other similar cases.

The forgery claim is a complete farce but agree the ICSID have to be seen to follow the proper protocols and write a report accordingly.

Only time will tell but each to their own.
I prefer to be in to the max I can afford now even if it means waiting longer.
G/l to all whatever their decisions

I believe it is possible and there is a chance.
I would hate to have my cash somewhere else if it did happen.
If it dosnt happen it dosnt matter if I have to wait longer,
Im gonna be waiting for longer anyway lol
But would be nice to see my account in blue and not in red.

Let's all agree we have different thoughts on when a decision will be published. If you have paid your money and willing to wait then no problem. If you are out at the moment, then I can understand your nervousness about an early decision. We cannot influence the timing of any publication, be it Monday or in June, so it is pointless arguing about it.

If the 1.6% of the company was supposedly transferred to another person or another account by a director or major shareholder I would think we would have an rns by Monday.
Or I would say we have another large holder under the 3% level that does not have to declare his stake or his dealings.
I am adamant they were not buys or sells at that price for so many.
IMO

Roi were quoted as saying they had hoped to have the case wrapped up by Jan 16
[but we cant access the article )
The link I posted today from professional arbitration lawyers said a few months from Nov 9th
I understood the presentation to say,how long is a piece of string, at the very latest June.

Many seemed to understand that Quinliven had said he expected it all to be finished in June .
However that is not what I understood from the public presentation.

David Q is on record as saying he expects to know more about when the decision on the forgery claims will be given round about June - check the recent shares magazine presentation ( link above)

They must get some forward indication of an result date since the jurisdiction decision the shares were temporarily suspended for a few days prior to the announcement.

That was my feeling also regards the spat in December - discussions going on behind the scenes.

Does anyone have any knowledge of how the process works?I ask, because I would have thought that the two parties would be in regular contact with the ICSID and would be given an indication as to how the ruling might go before formal publication. This would allow the losing party to either do an OOC settlement to avoid any embarrassing information to come out or allow them the opportunity to put forward arguments against that decision before publication.Maybe the spat between Churchill and the ROI reported via RNS a few weeks ago, could be a signal that this process is going on behind the scenes.

I posted this yesterday an older article but was not posted here before.

This expedited hearing was concluded in Singapore on 10
August 2015. The parties have now been directed to file
post-hearing briefs and rebuttal briefs on 12 October
2015 and 9 November 2015 respectively. The Tribunal is
likely to render an award a few months later

I take a few months as probably 3- 4 otherwise I would have said several for 5-9 months.

The article was printed by expert legal insights ,I understand to be professionals in the arbitration field.
If they are saying a few months from 9th November it COULD well mean Feb March
