                Final payment of shares to DataLabs shareholders





6 December 2007 - ClinPhone plc ("ClinPhone" or the "Company"), a leading
specialist supplier of technology solutions to the clinical trials industry,
announces that is has issued 732,779 new ClinPhone Shares as final payment of
the retained consideration to the shareholders of DataLabs Inc. following the
Company's acquisition of DataLabs which completed in November 2006.



For the purposes of published Earnings per Share calculations these shares have
been included within the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the period
ended 28 February 2007 within the weighted average number of shares of
57,071,000 and the Interim Report for the period ended 31 August 2007 within the
weighted average number of shares of 64,521,000.



ClinPhone's technology reduces the cost and duration of running clinical trials
and improves the accuracy, integrity and consistency of data collected.
