Stamford, CT - November 10, 2008 - Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:CDTI & AIM:CDT & XETRA:CDI) the cleantech emissions reduction
company, is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board of David Gammon, aged 47, as a Non-executive Director of the Company with
immediate effect.
In 1988 David founded Rockspring; a company which advises and invests in technology companies, helping them to grow to enable eventual
listing or trade sale. Since 2005, he has continued in his capacity as director for the company Ubisense Trading Limited where he has been
involved in both shaping the strategy and raising the funds required for the growth of the business.
