my post in Aug 2017 does confirm director's buys 3p in July this year. Only 1 year ago he was buying in at 25p. Does he know something we don't ? Has he been buying for a possible new owner buy out ?
Does anyone have any info of these directors pass history ?

We now know that CHAL have enough funding via CLN's until at least the NYW is in operation.Hopefully start receiving revenue during early 2018.We also know that an individual has offered a further �100M ( probably a New York billionaire whom has sole interest in the whole new development of this area ) that will finance the NYW to completion.
Once we receive RN's that the new contractor has commenced then CHAL will then concentrate on the other Giant Wheel projects. They are as we know discussing the Jakarta Giant Wheel and other area's globally.
With finance in place and awaiting new contractor, nothing has changed other than using the facility for administration fees to see this project complete prior to receiving the �6M as per their agreement. M/C is only �1.66M which is trivial considering revenue due and the multi projects in the pipeline. I still say M/C should be �2.5 - �3M now with M/C �5-�7M once NYW is completed. For me to top up at this level for a potential 3-5 fold in the share price is a no brainer, all you need to do is hold for 6 months if not much sooner. Even with 164M shares in issue and privately own its going to be very hard to buy shares once this starts to move.
My bigger assumption is the new �100M billionaire investor from New York will take over CHAL knowing that they will be buying endless revenue in multiple strategic location in 20 countries. Any Planning and development for the benefit of Tourism of which will give local infrastructure a massive boost will always get the green light.
You only need to look at the bigger picture here, a buy out at only �15M for CHAL will 5 fold this over night. For a billionaire's that's peanuts.
CHAL is not on AIM and can be bought or taken over without all the red tape.
I was correct about the CLN's and I believe a buy out is extremely likely.
The BOD know too many wealthy individuals to see this project through hence the support during last years issues which are now all resolved.
Mayor of NEW YORK is now starting a campaign to encourage Tourism here and will shortly be receiving huge global media interest.
