27/11/2013 10:37 | New report The Outlook on the Global Agenda 2014 provides a top-of-mind perspective from the Global Agenda Councils on the challenges and opportunities of the coming 1218 months. It offers a comprehensive overview of the world, drawing upon the foremost global intelligence network and its collective brainpower to explore the most important issues we all face in the coming year. "Creating a new technology is less dependent on the huge resources of large organisations. Biohacking and garbage biotech are increasingly popular using off-the-shelf ingredients." 26/11/2013 22:48 | CTFA is the same as all the other cash shells listed on the market... they require a RTO or an investment to generate value to shareholders. Some cash shells are successful and others are not. Far too early to ascertain whether CTFA will be successful but at least the company is looking at the right sector to generate long term value for shareholders. So the only real reason there is non stop posting from 1/2 individuals is that they are a gripe against one of the directors. They can't see pass him to ascertain if the company is doing the right thing by seeking an investment in the new tech/grapheme sector. Of course if a year goes past without a deal, the director fees and other costs will eat into the current cash balances but that's the risk with ALL cash shells whoever is the director(s)! | knigel
26/11/2013 22:34 | No idea. But companies connected to graphene have access to plenty of grant money so may be just looking for a listing to start with or a listing to help raise funds. They will make some investment though imho. Are you saying they won't? | encarter
26/11/2013 19:54 | They need to raise a lot more money before they can make an investment - do you say they will make an investment before they raise more money? | ih_318421
26/11/2013 10:16 | So you say they won't make an investment and I say they will, let's wait and see who is correct. | encarter
26/11/2013 04:26 | They have no money for investments, what they have will be burned in admin. Why would a Graphene company want to swap paper with a cashless AIM shell? The only companies that do that sort of thing are scams themselves. If a company needs investment then it needs cash and it needs it from a reliable source, not some cashless AIM shell that is run by Tim Baldwin, who, whilst he likes to imagine he is the great fundraiser, has now been rumbled by most places in the city - there is a good reason why the relist only came together at the very last minute despite the announcement the week before that all the money had been raised. | ih_318421
25/11/2013 22:24 | They have some money and could raise more or just issue shares for a stake in a graphene company. | encarter
25/11/2013 12:21 | Encarter thanks for this share tip. Once this company start to get controlling interests in graphene development company's then it will take off. Expect that to happen sooner rather than later. This stock is a really good ground-floor opportunity in an emerging market that will for sure change the world. | leebong
23/11/2013 09:35 | They do have something to do with graphene. They have a website dedicated to advanced materials including graphene. The CEO is a world renowned expert on nanotechnology including graphene. They have publically stated that they intend to invest in a company connected to graphene. DYOR. hxxp://www.linkedin. | encarter
23/11/2013 08:25 | Come on! This cash shell has only been relisted a month and intends to invest in new tech companies including the graphene sector. Please set up your own thread or stick to the old AVIA thread if you wish to keep on and on with your obsession with one director here... (or better still, leave your rants to the TXO thread) | knigel
23/11/2013 01:12 | Too bad this scam doesn't actually have ANYTHING to do with graphene! Unless you count a bunch of BS PRs, that is. | ih_237920
