I thought it worth reposting a post I have just put on Ihub in response to someone who thought it would be in someway appropriate to wish me a "happy Veterans Day"

"It is Remembrance day in UK, a very solemn event where we remember those who have paid the ultimate price for their country as they stood up against tyranny and for what they believed to be right. There is nothing happy about it and the playing of the last post always brings a lump to my throat and a tear to my eye. It reminds me that the courage I show in standing up to people like Mad Malc and Dim Tim in the face of legal threats and general derision is nothing compared to the courage showed by the people we remember today.

I hope you can understand this better than you understood what was said in the video."

What really makes me laugh is that regardless of the persona he is using, Tim can't answer the simple question of naming just one of his investment schemes where he has actually made money for the investors.

I have not tried to dig into Tim Harper's background. He may well be entirely competent and honest. The thing is entirely competent and honest people are not sucked in by Tim Baldwin for very long.

If Tim gets his marching orders, like he did at RAM, then maybe this does stand a chance of becoming something real.

Having now located and read through the other AVIA thread there is absolutely no doubt that BLACK G0LD and Graphene Investor are one and the same poster (BG is not nearly smart enough to pull it off - for one thing learn how to spell "barrel" correctly you galah) and the probability that he is Tim Baldwin is extremely high. I have been somewhat naive in thinking that the CEO of a publicly listed company would not sink to such low grade behaviour.

Sorry Black G0ld but going to lower case does not disguise who you are. You make some slips and giveaways which some of us who are familiar with your style can easily recognise. I don't intend telling you what they are since that would only allow you to polish up your GI persona.

I'm not as convinced as DS is that you are also Tim Baldwin although I concede it is a possibility. But an undoubted fact that shines through is you are a pretentious fool.

Lawyers who routinely make very basic slip ups on legal terminology and all 3 of you Tim, BG and GI can't put an apostrophe in don't

EfG has been liquidated, HSI is trying to sell off all its assets and they will not make enough to pay the current liabilities. EfG(S) is still going - just, the question is for how much longer.

I have never admitted to being Neil Ruut because I am not Neil Ruut and have told Judge Oing I am not Neil Ruut and am totally confident I can prove to him as soon as he asks that I am not, which will make Mad Malc, the worlds greatest lawyer and you Tim look very silly.

When I first saw the totally ludicrous suggestion that I was Neil Ruut in Mad Malc's hand drawn chart (hard to spot among all the other ludicrous accusations in his deposition) I changed my picture on i-hub from Roger Mellie the man on the telly - a Viz character who says b*ll*cks to a picture of Neil Ruut I found on Google images. ROTFL PMSL don't tell me your confidence that you might get some money from the Smart Win case in December is based on my i-hub photo - which is still the same I have not recently changed it at all. I can barely stop my sides from splitting and I am going to have to sign off for the night.

Director and Company Officer Shareholdings Holding %
Timothy Edward Baldwin

Significant Shareholders
TV 1 Investments 6250000 23.9%
Winterflood Securities Ltd 3,978,180 15%
Equity for Growth (Securities) Ltd 2500000 10.7%
Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited 1250000 5.3%

So Tim has not put any money in, in his own name. Equity for Growth (Securities) is a TB company. It should not be confused with Equity for Growth which is another TB company that has already been liquidated. EfG(S) is 93% owned by Hill Street Investments which is another TB company that is in the process of selling off all its assets on the road to also being liquidated, doubtless Tim hopes that putting a little bit of money (£50k) in here will make EfG(S) look more attractive to a potential buyer, though the reality is likely to be the same at EfG(S) as it was at EfG and HSI in that the book value of the assets will be way above the true market value of them. At 31 Dec 2012 EfG(S) had a net worth of £44k. In that year it paid directors fees of £52k

This is a cashless shell created from the ashes of what was Avia by Tim Baldwin, one of the dodgiest operators on AIM.

Take heed of the advice given in the latest TXO presentation (another Tim Baldwin shell that has squandered £Millions of shareholders money and has nothing really worthwhile to show for it):

"EXPOSE THE INVESTOR TO A SIGNIFICANT RISK OF LOSING ALL OF THE PROPERTY OR ASSETS INVESTED."

Beware of glitzy websites and impressive sounding CVs and articles about products that this company does not own any of. Do your own research thoroughly.

Tim Baldwin posts on ADVFN under the nicknames Graphene Investor and Black G0ld.

I have asked many people (including Tim in his GI and BG personas) to name just one TB venture that has made money for its investors and nobody has ever been able to do that.

For those who are in already and sitting on massive losses from the AVIA days, why not sit it out and lose what little is left, but be very very careful before you put any more of your hard earned money into this.
