With the results due at the very latest end of June although expecting them anytime now, what have we to look forward to?

In a nutshell, an overall increase in company business, confirmation of increase in both asset base and eps, further dividend announcement, ongoing business review, future prospects review.

Thats a small paragraph; big meaning for the share price because if all the above comes true in a general business way then it will back up the share price enabling it to creep forward.

BUT if it reports in spectacular fashion then expect the share price to leap forward and not look back; by spectacular fashion i.e. a good general increase in the eps to pence rather than points of pence, assets to be at least doubled and ongoing statements to indicate much more expansion in terms of bottom line additions.

Remember
The back office staff remains around the 20 mark so additional work flow does not impact on the bottom line by increases in staff expansion costs. This means overall operational costs still kept down within a tight budget.

Dividend maintained at 4% of holdings as before would also be good news especially if issued in the same way as the last one which is also due for release to long term holders. It will be interesting to note share price at day or release as that will be the dividend 100% of the sp,spectacular or what.

It is possible but unlikely that a new dividend could be issued there and then which would make for a double divi-which as far as I know has never been done before.
The dreams of innovative double divi have to go in to the trash can of reality.

For the UK holders different taxation rules may well apply to the dividend?

Mii have raised the necessary finance and SB is on the board, other board members were changed at the same time.

New broom sweeping clean.

Logically therefore if CICR do in house IPOs Mii have called them in to possibly help them get ready for IPO.

Mii hold gold assets, its reasonable to think that production equipment CIC recently acquired is going to be used for Mii production lines.

If that is correct then costs involved for CIC services are invoiced to Mii and go to CIC bottom line eps?

But looking at the way CIC operates then it will get involved in and take costs plus profit from the gold production of Mii

I will if I may answer for SS, you are absolutely and totally wrong.

Who removed your 17 posts?

Since when was your permission needed for anything?

What has it got to do with any of use who knows who we really are.

Its called free information.

After your accusations concerning SS you expect SS to have anything to do with you?

I stretched stupidity to breaking point the other day by looking for my shirt whilst I was wearing it!

but you,you take the biscuit.

Sorry but you'r a prize idiot for lacking the ability to know when to speak and when not to.

Saw this article on the ShareProphets site. I don't hold USOP nor have I ever held USOP. I don't invest in companies on PLUS MKTs or GXG MKTs. However I seem to remember JS and S_S saying they hold USOP. I might be wrong. You might find it of interest.

Totally, totally incorrect as a certain email was sent to FIVE people at the same time, with your name on there. You still have it I presume ?> So five of us know who you are, not just myself.

I have never emailed 5 people at the same time...not even two...EVER!

You were the ONLY investor i have emailed in years.

Can you please send me a copy of this email in which somebody has disclosed my personal details to others without my knowledge or permission. I would like to see how my name has been included, without my permission, in confidential emails.

Current news on Mineral Invest International. Providing details of the RTO etc.

SBromley was appointed director in DEC 2012.

Not a paid position but services provided BY CICR and which CICR has no investment. However a quid pro qou, I am sure !.

I met and spoke to Andreas Hammerich,CEO of MII, in London and gained a little more knowledge of the market and raising of money(which MII) needed.

All in all very impressive actions and modus operandi of our CEO on this company and others. You will see a comment in the presentation(on website)that the LARGEST growth for CICR is the M and A sector!. Surprise eh?.

Faraday Facts. Oil.

The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and the International Energy Agency estimate the current world demand for oil at between 86 million to 87 million barrels per day in 2008.

When the price of oil rises, this decreases demand in the United States, but demand from growing emerging market economies is expected to increase as these countries industrialize.

Some emerging market economies have fuel subsidies for consumers, and an estimated one-quarter of the world's demand for oil in 2008 comes from nations that have such subsidies.

However, subsidies are not always beneficial to a country's economy, because although they tend to spur demand in the country, they may also cause the country's oil producers to sell at a loss. As such, removing subsidies can allow a country to increase oil production, thus increasing supply and lowering prices.

JS,Assumptions and semantics are not your strong points.

If I were you, having made my point,I would shut down the subject, but then I am not you.

Meanwhile everyday we are getting that bit closer to news from the company,Hoping it will be by the end of the month.

It should give us seriously invested investors some idea of share price potential.

By the way, its not a threat. It was a statement of fact and evidently very necessary..

I think you should remove that threat. The last person who acted in that fashion on here was left looking very silly. Nearly as silly as his solicitors who also joined in threatening folks.

Slightly off topic - but if anyone is interested in a case which could potentially have similarities they should read this.

P.S I would not mind knowing who your solicitors are. Post their details and I'll tell you if they are any good or not. Libel solicitors are very over-rated in my opinion. Most of them do not know anything about how libel works in practice so you are probably wasting your money.
