Is this Stewpid up to his usual tricks again?
Has all the hallmarks of bad spelling, appalling command of the English language & implied threats to stop the transfer of some peoples shares for trading (you need to get them listed first, you cheap con artist)!!!!!!!!
Would argue that his time is not 3 am - HIS TIME IS UP!!!!!!

Just read the lSE CIC Mining and interested as received share as a dividend years back.

I found Stuart mobile number on CIC website and after a call verified some of the comments. He laughed when asked where he resides. His mobile is China and has no other. He said I have homes in Beijing (wife famous Chinese), house in Nagoya, house in Australia, house in Stirling UK but he says his home in South Africa is different. Is his home in really North England. He advised due to the complexity of the Chinese exodus our of China as lot of CIC clients come through Phuket before moving on. He confirmed that his family and himself are 80 in UK and 20 everywhere else.

I asked him about the comments again he said that his team know who they are, knows who holds their shares and he will not facilitate what is required to move their shares for trading. He understands the legal issues but he is not obligated to assist. Basically you will not be able to trade.

I found him very direct, detailed and answered my call his time 3 am.

If he has fled to Thailand,after making many powerful enemies, i wonder if he has either gone to Phuket or Mai Lai?
After rogering the Boy Scouts of Australia, he would have a field day there!!!!!!!!!
Canada, the sh1thouse that is AIM, Seychelles, Luxembourg & now Canada again - we seek him here, we seek him there, no-one wants him ANYWHERE!!!!!!!

SMcL, nothing that you have said would surprise us. On this side of the fence we have followed the bollix spouted by Fatboy for many years; EF has been following for longer than myself and Paps.

In my view it is incredible that the Canadian authorities would ever allow this POS to list, and at that stage investors will have to ask the fundamental questions. I do not think that they will like the answers.

Stuart Bromley's phone number is on the website. You should just call him and ask. He definitely is sitting in Thailand. His investors really need to take action as Bromley's penchant for the high life, escorts, and I don't mean the Ford motor company variety, means he loves to spend other peoples money. He needs more turkeys to con more people.

Cannot agree - Stewpid is well known in Canada by the Court system, the regulators & the Canadian shareholders he has conned over the years - they will not touch him with a very long bargepole.
Remember, it was a Canadian newspaper that had the long article about Chinese cons & i have corresponded with the newspaper reporter a number of times - the Globe & Mail - Andy Hoffman (look it up, it`s a great read).

SMcL there was a poster on the asylum thread claiming that he had visited Fatboy in China - I believe last Christmas. Again not evidence because it is no better than an anonymous post and could be anybody including Fatboy himself. If your claims can be verified it would be very relevant to shareholders, but it would need some form of substantiation.

diddymen. Last I heard, he is hiding in Thailand and has been there for two years. He can't go back to China as he has a tax problem and a debt problem. He goes around with his Chinese wife's phone and claims he is in China. Ask him to attend a meeting in China and watch him run for the hills. He just paid his bills for his Seychelles company CIC. Probably conned another person to pay them and then moved that company to Canada. He will now make out he is very active in Canada. The reality being that no one knows him in Canada.

SMcL if history is anything to go by, nothing will happen with this Canadian listing, and if it does it will just be a matter of time before it is forcibly delisted. As ever most of the 'information' received by shareholders is hearsay (telephone updates) and he can never be held to account for these informal communications.

Thailand - that might surprise a few shareholders - can you substantiate?

Stuart Bromley has worked out the system like a con man. His escapades in the listings markets before, complete abject failures, has taught Bromley to say the right things to investors to con them out of their money. He uses listing and legal terminology as part of the confidence trick. He then promises the heavens to people and share pricing values that are pipe dreams, then starts asking fees for work to be done. He doesn't do anything and lies that he is doing a lot of work. Same as this audit for CIC . Claims he doing something but the reality is he is doing nothing. Confidence trickster Mr Stuart Bromley resident of Thailand.

The chances of Fatboy listing anything in the CICC kennel is limited, and if he does get a listing, history says that it will be suspended pretty quickly. We have been watching Fatboy for years and all he has done is dissipate shareholder wealth. The shareholders are in a difficult position because tradition says that they need a listing to exit (don't stand too close to the door if they do list). Should Fatboy fail yet again to list, the shareholders need to be in discussion with him on alternative means of establishing whether there are any assets in the previously public companies. Should there be any assets then the shareholders need a realistic plan to liquidate the company and return the cash.

Pappy - You can`t invest in a scam - you just lose your money to a scammer!!!!!!!!!!
It may be legal but people like Stewpid are as bad as the Nigerian scammers, in that they target the naive & the greedy!!!!!!!!!!
The only way to explain their continued delusions is to realise they cannot afford to lose the money that has been scammed, so they continue to "dream the dream" of at least getting some of it back - doubtful!!!!!!!!!!!

Well Mixi, spoken to Stewpid a number of times & have dozens of his mails on record.
He has always appeared to me like a badly educated second hand car salesman.
Have you ever given a thought as to why you have only spoken to him on a mobile phone & no office number is given?
As to him being a criminal scammer, you just have to look at the people he deals with (Bob Hawke, Basofgold etc & you should realise he is (long) bargepole stuff!!!!!!!

Can you explain what CIC is doing at the Paypal headquarters office. This is Paypals head office. CIC Capital is clearly a scam and so is Stuart Bromley.
