Simple question to you Goulding - What is the value of the CIC Angel fund.
No random non-sequiturs about B class shares and investments in high-tech, as everyone sees through your misdirection.
We just want to know with evidence the value of CIC Angel fund. Waiting with baited breath.

Incidently Angel Fund is a part of the CICCapital as ‘B’ non-voting shares that is to invest in High-tech high-risk companies.

enfranglais - The most pathetic fabrication that Bromley uses to lure the unknowing victim is the CIC Angel fund. A fund that is claimed to have billions of dollars of his friends monies. Yet, no one knows where the fund is registered or regulated and no one has ever seen any money from it. An easy bait and switch like a 419 scam from Bromley "You give me some small monies and I will release millions from CIC Angel fund". CIC Angel fund never appears for anyone. CIC Angel fund is just like an angel - A concept defined but nobody has actually seen. Probably because Bromley and CIC have no funds.

SMC it is for shareholders to take action, but in reality the small shareholders are shafted unless Fatboy achieves a listing, which is highly unlikely given the opaque nature of anything to do with him/the companies.

As a privately listed company the shareholders can do little even if they could work out the relevant legal entity and the jurisdiction.

The only shareholders that may count are the less pleasant ones, and I suspect that is your reference to 'not wanting to be him'.

As they always say, you make your own luck.

Rhodes seems to be based in Perth. Another patsy being paid a dollar to keep the dogs at bay. Frank Lewis is a gun for hire. He will sell his soul for ten pieces of silver. Bromley has lots of Chinese relationships that are non existent. Goulding seems to know him personally. Why doesn't he ask him to travel to China. He will be in for a surprise. Actually not. He knows whats coming. Good luck to Bromley in China. I wouldn't want to be him.

smc - I wonder if Rhodes and Lewis are based in the London offices which Bromley 'had signed' a lease on some years back. The office was a bit like platform 9 and-three-quarters at Kings Cross.

Court case in the UK? Not at all for Bromley. Too scared of being found out so would never try that. Also wouldn't have a no win no fee from a UK lawyer, as he had from his Canadian law firm. Bromley has no friends apart from paid hands from money he has misappropriated. Rob Rhodes, Frank Lewis random people on the website. Who are they and where is their office. Answer - A figment of Bromleys imagination.

Mixi - nothing to do with me, as i would prefer a prison cell for Stewpid rather than a hut in Thailand (though with his reputation for dealing with Boy Scouts, it might be appropriate)!!!!!
It`s about time the "sheepies" started waking up to his trouble listing anywhere on Earth & it is a 100% record of loosing listings that even Mixi must admit to.
Where is that proof of winning his court case in the UK when thrown out of Canadian jurisdiction then Mixi? Still waiting & will have to wait for my apology as long as one of Stewpid`s promised listings eh?!!!!!!!!!

Stuart Bromley thrown out of China and thrown out of Canada. Thrown out of Australia for defrauding the scouts. Living in a shack Thailand on the run.
