Wilson's Labour Party, in their 1974 manifesto, promised the British electorate a referendum on Common Market membership, sparty. The result of the 1975 referendum was an overwhelming vote to stay in. Margaret Thatcher was an enthusiastic supporter of the stay in campaign.

PS Heath wasn't the first Tory PM to try to get us into Europe. Harold Macmillan tried, but De Gaulle vetoed the UK application.

sparty, just been to the BB and could not find it. The last post was on 26 March.

Almost 10 years since it was last listed.

As far as Fatboy is concerned no one has raised a complaint and no one has the slightest chance of running an action against him. His slate will be clean and essentially he is/will be free to come and go as he wants into the UK.

Might just be a sensible precaution for Fatboy to make sure that shareholders do not have his address. The trouble with Fatboy is that it is inevitable that he will not be able to stay quiet/keep out of the news.

IF....INOMED lists and those share are saleable at around the figure quoted I have my money back + a bit.
It does look as if the optimists on LSE have left the building.Wonder where Joe is? lol
Not losing any sleep.
I traded syme for a good few months then left some in ....recently doubled up @ 0.039.
Still a very modest figure and will just let it sit there until something happens / good or bad!

Sparty there was a poster a few days back on TOM who, having lost a shed load on SYME 'invested' in TOM which is just another narrative company. He has already lost 25%ish of the funds he extracted from SYME in a few days.

It looks as if Fatboy has won on the LSE boards. Over a month since the diehards last posted. He might as well wind the company up, then if he is successful with INOMED he can keep more for himself. Plus ca change.

Never had enough skin in the game to be worried either way... Meanwhile the process of trying to list INOMED continues..and I get updates..
A very time consuming "charade" for several people...why?

sparty - the assets disappeared years ago and there is no audit trail. To the extent that what he does now is irrelevant to any potential prosecution, I do wonder why he continues the charade. Capital losses for those with big balances could yet be useful.

With the amount I had in here it`s not worth it.The large sums some others had in here ~I find staggering.
I`ll wait to see if INOMED lists...or not..
Apparently I have been allotted shares...or not! I wonder why I get updates from "billy" if not. Either way I`m more interested in fishing..
I will repeat, after I turned down the offer post delisting to sell my small holding outside the normal SX I have never been asked for any money or further investment of any kind.
If Stewie is a conman he is not a very productive one.
