Heading South again today. In the absence of any substantive information on the business plan, a dodgy provenance and net asset value below 0.5p, this will end up at a discount to the sub 0.5p assets.

Time to list another company!

Phil, I see that AM KonarA is projecting on LSE that the 2014 CICC accounts will be available when the prospectus is available. Normal companies file them at normal times. It looks as if Stuie will have to do the honourable before we see the accounts (Post Balance Sheet event!). I suspect that it will also have to prime the company with some more capital - listing a company with negative reserves is quite difficult.

Support starting the inevitable drip down to sub 0.5p. Nothing that could not be sorted out by some of the mates dipping into their pockets, or a little Asylum dipping! ........or heaven forbid a little trading, something that the CICC stable seem to be short on.

This was such a funny read, that leapfrog had to post it twice on LSE!!

"CICG probably has more demand for its expertise and valuation services than we think. CICG has stated it is looking at a number of proposals. At the moment CICC through CICG has given share holders the first tangible dividends which are being enhanced with the launch of CCCC. Don't forget none of the companies for which we have been given shares in,or expecting to be given share in are raising money on listing. Also each company listed is for the specific purpose of operating known assets as valued and operated originally through CICC. There will be no asking shareholders for money on listing (IPO for want of a better expression) or when issuing additional shares. I think we may eventually get a major cash dividend from CICG once it has several transactions under its belt. The example for that is DMGold originally proposed by SB."

You just have to LOL at all that bull, as if anyone in their right mind would pick the CICC'os to advise on a listing, when their latest one appears to have taken well over a year, got thrown back numerous times, their CEO & Chairman (TOXCICC Stew), was deemed TOXIC & had to distance himself from the new Company, they were supposed to list at 6p, failed & it is now under 2p & the acquisition that they have talked about for 18 months or so, seems to be another of TOXCICC Stew's 'fantasy land' fairy stories!!!!
As to the cupboard under the stairs in Mayfair, if it was worth trumpeting before it opened, don't you really think it would be on the website & announced everywhere if it really exists?!!!!!!!!!!
When the Chinese closed all the toxic plants during the Olympics, i wonder if TOXCICC Stew was forced to leave the country for a few weeks?!!!!! lol

Mayfair Offices Today 08:30 In February CICG claimed that it had signed a lease on their new Head Office in Mayfair, London. There were also £50m figures being mooted by posters. A number of posters were also going to visit the offices. Has anyone managed to establish the address of the lease yet?

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Come on TD. Take a leaf out of leapfrog's book and do some basic research!!

I easily found what could be the office in question on the google map of Cloud Cuckoo Land. It's situated in Walter Mitty House which is located in Make Believe Street, which is just off of Fantasia Avenue.

YesToday 19:00Agree SQ.
Anybody doing research will know CICC is a listed issuer in Canada and has to produce regular up to date quarterly accounts. To suggest otherwise is untrue.
Also we know from available company information that CICC has holdings in CICG.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Have you seen the up to date CICC a/c's, sence2/leapfrog? If so then you are the only one! Could you post the link to them so other shareholders like phil can view them? tia. LOL.

CICC Today 16:44 CICC is a Canadian listed issuer. It issues accounts every quarter. As CICC is listing soon it's accounts have to be up to date so the blog saying no accounts is false. Expect CICC to have holdings in CICG.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

LOL. A new "idiot" is posting on the lse CICG bb.

"CICC is a Canadian listed issuer. It issues accounts every quarter. As CICC is listing soon it's accounts have to be up to date so the blog saying no accounts is false" LOL. Wow, Suzzi, how gullible can you be?

"Expect CICC to have holdings in CICG". Of course they will, Suzzi, as that fact is already known.

Looks like the AMs have run out of cash as they try and average down on their CICC positions. Averaging down on dodgy companies never makes investment sense. Anyway 200k of shares looks a bit quarter hearted.

Come on Stuie get some sort of trading statement out, the troops need to rally to some colours.

"Come on Stuie you must have some mates......."

Well, he will not be 'scouting' for any new ones!!!!!!!lol

Would compare him to WONGA, as he cripples his 'cult members' financially & then they have to support his every move, in the hope they can recover some of their funds - some business plan that eh TOXCICC Stew?!!!!!!!!!!!!

400k shares traded and apart from 25k, all sales. Volumes poor, price support poor, and a dip to 1.7p on the last trade of 100k.

PFF grab your £250 now, unless Stuie pulls his fat little finger out this is headed for sub 0.5p.

Poor old TOXCICC Stew & his 'fantasy world' of disappearing revenues, non existent profits, dubious Mayfair offices, CONch shell operations informs me that i missed out on a whole list of 'dividends', when i sold out of CICC!!!!!!
What he forgets is that i was told i already held a stake in CICG (through CICC) at a value of 30p a share, it was supposed to float at 6p a share, actual value was about 3.5p & is now about 1.5p (offer price)!!!!
So my £5,000 investment in CICC has now an achievable value of about £250 - about 5% of the original investment!!!!!!!!!!!!! GREAT DIVIDEND THAT TOXCICC STEW, WHEN YOU CAN NO LONGER RECOVER YOUR ORIGINAL INVESTMENT!!!!!!!!!
Of course, if he was not a WELCHER, he would have gone through with his offer of £12K for my entire holding, i would have sold the CICG in the market & he could have bought the same amount of shares to replace them - excuses, excuses, you keep coming up with them TOXCICC Stew - but like your good self, they don't wash!!!!!! lol

AM Lolster, if you are going to ramp at least put some heart into it!

(By the way I notice that Condorman's post on the Asylum thread which appears to have referred to the adverse volumes was quickly removed by the ramping fascists)

850000 of trade today. Again volumes too low, but the vast majority are sales. Stuie you will need some news shortly (rather than the normal patronising diet).

Paps do they have any coal assets? Not even the Asylum members have a clue what they own and what they don't. The good news is that if their coal 'business' is another empty balance sheet, then they will not have lost any money. What a dilemma for the shareholders!
