With regards to icsid and police files, roi claimed confidentiality, roi told everyone it was ridlatama and putra so what was confidential?They could have told tribunal not to disclose but gave them permission to see police files?It does appear we MIGHT have another crack.Expectin an rns 2morrow...

Partial annulment, but the administrators has said the award is final and binding which many believe will include quantum as well.Need to read the report again.

Chaps, FYIParis should take 18-24 monthYour shares are simply suspended (not removed) in tax free shells such as ISA's, SIPP's etc as mine are with Oxus. The share register is logged by the administrators so they know how to distribute any assets.Oxus was delayed, but result apparently this May 2019 and we think with quantum as well.There were two claims for Oxus with two different mines and they have gone for partial annul on the largest asset.The total claim was $1.3bn and the partial annul is for circa $850mnAny award will be minus 30% to funders plus administrators fee.Ive assumed a 50% haircut.Hope CHL do this as l have much more confidence in a fair trial in Paris

ignore the pessimists.

Rusoro were cheated by icsid 2016. and went to Paris and got a partial annulment, in 2019, which is enforceable.

I dont feel the Times has it`s fact`s straight. The Major shareholder list it show`s is just plain, wrong.

No mention of Pala. I think it is prudent to wait and see if this is truly where, D.Q. is up to and whether or not an RNS will be issued.

Write off the investment? why? OXUS are in with a better chance of some sort of result after going into Admin. If D.Q. can organise a similar situation, who can say CHL will not benefit in a similar fashion.

It's probably prudent to write off one's CHL investment at this point, IMO.


IF we move forward and ultimately win in another court, it's years away at best, and would be a nice bonus if it happens.
