The only real negative for me was RB holding such a small amount of stock but that has not stopped this from going from 1p to 7p in the past on a spike.

Have to admit I missed that Dave. Did very little due diligence on these. Main thing I noted was convertible loan at 4.7p per share to fund Hong Kong listing. Alongside the apparent low P/E, and the fact that profits don't turn into cash.

And worse case it stays on Aim where it sits on a PER of just over 1

Even a PER of 2 is 2.3p next to current 1.4p offer

Bought some of these today. Had to ignore a couple of huge red flags - i.e Chinese AIM smallcap stock!

But the potential reward is 500% - 1000% increase in share price if they list in Hong Kong as hoped.

Had a similar situation with OCZ a decade ago. Announced delisting from AIM at ~5p. Didn't mention looking to list elsewhere. Popped up on Nasdaq 2 years later, rising to £5+ before eventually going bust.

I've spoken to RB on twitter as he followed me to my surprise after talking about them.

This is the one thing that bugs me, he insists that he is in closed period hence he has not bought but you cannot be in closed period year after year, there's a couple of decent block buys earlier which might be him.
If this is so cheap like they claim and a potential 7-8 fold difference in valuation if this floats in Asia then why is he not filling his boots, I'll press him again for a answer.

But they just made £5 mil profits and market cap is only just above that, sits of a PER of 1.2, RB insists the low cash is down to constant needs of serving orders and they want to raise money but refuse at this low price.

I can see a mega spike coming like the old days (1p to 4p) if he dips his hand and buys some size...

Feel your pain Dave4545,

I thought the results would propel these guys on a rerating move, particularly given the fact they have been audited by a reputable firm. I'm still holding here because if they do go for a move abroad, I assume there will be an uplift at some point.

I don't have many here, just some skin in the game for interest more than anything. Maybe they will surprise us yet.

If it was that good a punt then why has he never bought any stock, 325k is laughable.

Why when they claim to make fantastic profits is their cash so low.

I think people have given up on believing these companies are for real.

No cash and no dividends on these so called stunning profits.

The RNS clearly states it's going to another exchange, no deception there. Shareholders will receive equivalent shares on the new exchange, so despite currency risk, what's the problem if it increases the Company value if that's the board's intention? Also, there will be soon a dual Sino London exchange launched where there could, repeat, could, be further liquidity if the Company use that exchange.

Another troll by the username lsehotdealz haha, share price is stagnant and there’s talks of fundraise at 10p on that board lol desperation has lead to going round posting on different board to prevent share price from dropping, usually ud stay quiet and average down and accumulate if you see huge potential lmaoo he’s spamming all the boards and a newly registered today as a member lol
