Morocco is a net natural gas importer, and its production is much less than domestic consumption. Morocco produced 3.1 billion cubic feet (Bcf) in 2018, and the country consumed 44 Bcf.

Aint gonna happen. Problem is they wanna produce deepwater offshore gas in Morocco. Who's gonna buy it in large enough quantities? Only one possibility...power stations. Trouble is they use coal or oil. Gas fired stations have long term agreements with others. So its gonna take ages to agree sales. And nobody's gonna provide finance without those sales agreements. Its a chick n egg thing. That's why partners will be hard to find. And that's why news to date has been almost meaningless. Mark my words...its gonna take a long time. And don't forget the competition...solar and cheaper onshore gas. Don't bet your house on it.

We are now in the 3rd week with out news since the CFO stated directly and confidently that the company was now entering into a heavy news flow period over many aspects. The last 2 RNS having been in quick succession on 22/2 and 2/3. If heavy news flow is to be maintained we should perhaps expect further news very soon. The share price has been in a holding pattern around 10p and some news to get it moving north again would be good.
