So.. Another AGM where a share selling marketing company poses as an Energy company..
A few Glossy pictures of 3d shots of the seabed & lots of Rampy silky promises of great things to come..
Loads of Blah blah blah... with no substance or real proof of anything..
Then a couple of days later another cash grab placing & more bonuses for the chosen few...
The scam just keeps Rolling on & on & on....

Its clear now that there will be no RNS before the AGM. So all we're gonna hear is that things are progressing great on all fronts. Anchois partner. Anchois environmental permit. Anchois gas sales. Onshore drilling. Green hydrogen in Mauritania. Power to mining. APs golf handicap. TJF's porn collection. The BoDs bonus pool. Now help yourselves to a fine claret and some caviar. Oi...I was talking to Malcy. Plonk and sausage rolls from Aldi for oiks are over there. Help yourselves on the way out.

Anchois will never be mentioned again.
A deal as being done behind closed doors & is of no benefit to shareholders..
Another cash grab raise is already doing the rounds in the city..
Take what you can now, or you'll be sitting on sub 10p share price & Billions more shares for a long time...
Purely a cash cow for the chosen few I'm afraid 😣

I tend to agree BUT...if they have not announced a deal before the AGM, they must answer:*if Anchois is so attractive, why is it taking so long to find a partner?*why hasn't a gas price or price mechanism been agreed?*why hasn't the development plan been approved by the government?*what is the status of financing?*why are you wasting the company's meagre resources (people and cash) on a SDX onshore cast-off instead of laser focus on Anchois?*how can you justify paying huge bonuses to directors before you have delivered real value to shareholders?Im going and I will be asking these questions if I'm allowed.

RNS!!!
A medical service team has been drafted into chariots head office to perform emergency treatment on the BOD & staff.
Apparently everyone has lost their tongue & can't speak or write or communicate in anyway whatsoever..
The medics also say the PR team have also lost their tongue too...
Both the CEO & CFO said nothing at all.
Medics are baffled by the situation..
On a separate note their broker cenko indicates chariot is worth 50p a share... but can't say why as they have lost their tongue too.

Shareholders be careful what you wish for..
You wish for an RNS with some value...but you know a cash grab placing will come straight afterwards..
My Advice is sell right now & buy back 20% cheaper after the AGM..
Or better still a couple of weeks after & buy for 10p... it's definitely coming
So you need to make a decision here?
But this will soon be valued at cash in bank. £20- 30 million market cap is where it should be ..

But we can't tell you..who, why, what & when!!;
The CEO & CFO said they would let the market know the details in 8 years time..err.. maybe...we think 🤔🤔

Chariot is a marketing company not an energy company.
It sells shares & dreams to new shareholders.. the shares get sold & the scam rolls on,& on. The dreams turn into nightmares as the share numbers keep multiplying & shareholders funds diminish through mass dilution... no updates are given & the Bod Declare higher salaries & bonuses after each cash raise..
The scam rolls on & on & on...even though your investment has gone.. the scam rolls on &.on

Even if there is a deal cobbled together there won't be any cash up front element to it...
And any initial rise in the share price will Quickly be sold into & probably finish down 10% on the day .
The market knows that a cash grab raise is just around the corner @ around 10p
Anybody dreaming about a cash up front deal will be disappointed, as I believe that part of the deal as already been done between the Bod & whoever..
Chariot like a big turnover of shareholders, so they can carry on diluting the share price without too many questions asked..
I don't believe you'll ever see the share price North of 17p again..
The market Cap is already £170 million which is way too high based on Actual Assets that can be monitised in the next 5 years..
If I was you lot I'd sell up before the AGM...
You'll be able to re enter a lot cheaper afterwards...
10p a share is on the cards very shortly.. maybe lower.

Can't see any deal already being "done". There's no way it would have been kept this quiet. If hsfinch's predictions are anywhere near, we'll be lucky to break 20p and not a lot left in the kitty.

I reckon the deal has been done. AP and TJF have briefed the board and are working on the details to spin to markets ahead of the AGM. Malcy has been consulted and is preparing his own "patience has been rewarded / potential twenty bagger" piece to go in the blog next week. Ditto Thomo. I reckon it will be as predicted here a few weeks back. Partner is a flush Mediterranean player who will take 51% off of Chariot in exchange for 51% of back costs plus a full carry on 2 wells plus a bonus at sanction and an option take a further 14% off of Chariot for a carry on dev costs to first gas. Bottom line... Chariot gets $25mil, a bonus, a full carry and is left with another 10% stake in the field equal to a couple of thousand barrels a day equivalent. Not stellar but not too shabby for the likes of AP and TJF. Thats a two bagger in the real world.

There isn't any deal to be done that benefits shareholders.. maybe a deal has been done behind closed doors that enriches the chosen few..
But tbh I'd be surprised if chariot even mention Anchois again...
It will probably get sweeped under the carpet & consigned to the history books..
All they bothering about now is the new kiddy on license & how much cash grab raises they dare to do ...
But I still think this will be suspended to allow a fraud investigation to be carried out.
All the cream has been had by the shady Bod & probably morrocan officials with their nose in the trough too .

Would be happy to get some clarity of whether a deal is still in the pipleline. Even better if the deal is done but guessing that will be unlikely before the AGM

Monday of AGM Week would be a good time for an RNS to produce an optimistic setting especially as the AGM could fill in the details a few days later.
