Something has brought in buyer optimism and is helping the share price upwards. We`ll see the MM reaction if any as the day unfolds.

BB, the basis of my optimism is simply that if the partner isn't announced by the AGM, AP and the Julian fella LIED big time during the cash raise including to two big investors. That risks having their collars felt by the authorities and being fitted for concrete overcoats by shady characters. I think they ain't gonna risk that. So a deal will be announced but it won't be stellar. Think...Jersey oil & Gas and GBA. It will bump the share price over 20p before pullback as the details become clear.

No he wouldn't question them if he is being paid. Just like the expert cut and paster that is 888. Never a bad word against them no matter how bad it gets.

No GSA
No program of works
No farm in partners
No finance agreement
No takeover interest
No FID
No proper institutional Investors
No experienced project management
No Break down of where all the placing cash as gone
If it looks like a con & feels like a con. Listen to your head. It's a con !

They play their own games mainly to get things moving. They don`t care so long as there is movement.

I suspect that this morning they are running low on stock and have tried to panic people into selling by lowering the sell price.

I agree buys exceeding sells 2/1. The irritating thing is that the share price appears to bounce up and down because they price it to the last AT trade which currently is 14.12/13.94. If this was priced at the mid price this would not be falling below 14p at times. Just awaiting news to get this moving rapidly north.

Jane You could have worded that better and said "Thanks for your personal opinion" He does have a lot of them including lots of swearing and accusations. I`m surprised he hasn`t been sued.

My opinion is that the trading today has been strong and healthy mainly on the buy side.

The prospects & News items you mention will all lead to nothing..
Except another cash grab placing to pay for all these projects where nothing of any value to shareholders transpires..
Where has all the £38 million cash that's been raised in the last 18 months gone??
Where are the Breakdown cost for sub sea services relating to Anchios?
Be very careful here..
The nomad will have to ask awkward questions here soon...
Which could lead to them having to resign immediately & suspension of shares will come after that.

Chariot are just a marketing company,
That constantly issue new shares & sell the illusion of being an energy company...
To do this they need a regular turnover of fresh meat (shareholders)
To feed the machine.
It's Business model is to keep issuing shares & keep taking the extortionate salaries & bonuses.
It will never ever extract any value from any of its so called 'Assets'
It will come to an end shortly..it always does..
But the current Bod will ride this Gravy train to at least 5 Billion shares if they are allowed to..then do a 10 to 1 consolidation...
And you might just get your 25p a share after that..
Be very careful of this money making marketing company with nothing to sell... except new shares of course.

BB, I'd bet my house on a material announcement at or around the time of the AGM. Simply because if AP and the Julian fella don't deliver on the statements they made during the cash raise, PC Plod will be feeling their collars and squeezing their balls for you can say 'Mind my Dior underpants officer'. The Julian fella might enjoy the latter. But seriously, they'll head off any trouble with a partner announcement. It wont be a mega deal. But it should push the share price up to 25p.

But maybe a better one would be if there's anything by law that could be done with fraudulent companies posing as Energy suppliers.. but not actually having any Energy to sell!!
And Raising tens of millions of cash from its shareholders without giving any explanation on where it's going and showing no results on Anything it's involved in??!
Don't you Agree that would be a Better Question??!

Any so called big news will be sold into so fast, that it will end up down at 4.30..
It's common knowledge in the city that a mega cash grab raise is coming very shortly @ 10p
I'd advise anyone not to be long in this share... the big cash for shareholders was made when the price went from 6p to 26p .
This will never ever be above 16p again..even on spectacular News...
Which ain't ever going to come..
It's just another Aim Dog managed by cowboys & conmen.
Take your money out.. while it's still an option.

Even with good news on farm in ect. It should still only be half of that.
Every bit of good news and some. Is priced in already!!
Like I say. Bod have spun too many yarns here..
I think the nomad will be forced to resign soon & shares will be suspended. Game over for shareholders.
Deals have already been done behind closed doors with the Bod & whoever.. it doesn't include shareholders..
