Loool. Remember 17/7/23 when Julie appeared on Proactive Investors TV. He promised 7 wells by the end of 2024. 4 onshore wells. Now down to 2. And 3 offshore wells. Now 1 if you're lucky. 2 if you win the lottery. That's Chariot. Pure bs. 7 wells down to 3. Julie trousered £600k last year. Nice work if you can get it.

Reassuring RNS yesterday and lots of big buys in addition to the director dealing. All looking very good. I expect the usual ST article soon for another bump on the price

what on earth is malcy on? Completely bonkers. Something sensible like 35p. or 4X yesterdays starting price will do for starters. Another Director Buy notified this AM.

Today's announcement included £10 million payment to Chariot.So explain why an invested management would like to dilute their shareholding at the current low SP?Last fund raise was at twice this price.

RNS providing a very detailed update across the business starting with the onshore drilling:
Adonis Pouroulis, CEO of Chariot commented: "We enter the new year with multiple important catalysts for the Group over the coming months. In kickstarting the drilling campaign at the Loukos licence we are focused on unlocking an overlooked onshore basin that has near term production potential with immediate access to industrial markets. Importantly this asset also has a growing portfolio of follow-on opportunities which give meaningful scale and value to the project, at a time when industrial gas demand and associated gas pricing is at an unprecedented high. Drilling at Anchois later in the year will be a key milestone in determining the possibility to scale up this development and we are working closely and constructively with our new partners Energean in preparing all the workstreams necessary to permit a Final Investment Decision post-drilling as soon as feasible. We thank ONHYM and the Ministry of Transitional Energy and Sustainable Development for their continued support for the transaction and look forward to confirming Energean on to the project shortly.

The recent little pump in the shareprice will be to let one of AP's
Mates out probably.
But based on actual facts & not the fairy tales that the BOD spin, I'm maintaining my 4p per share valuation on the company.

With the share price fall to penny status, this share will become a vehicle for technical traders and gamblers. So I expect fairly big swings from now on. Ahead of the down leg when the cash raise is announced.

If this stock was so good as many keep saying it would be a lot higher . Simply ignoring the risks and problems isn't a good way to invest . There are obviously holes in the plan that need addressing and issues that either many haven't seen or are aware of here .

This reminds me.of gpx and has a similar asset by the looks of it in Morocco .

Be aware rampers when a stock is falling and look at it for yourself .

Think the biggest issue here is the mkt cap compared to income and cash .
Loss making is another big factor and until they can start to make money on their projects it will be hard to show the company is worth more .

Prospects are going to time to ding out if they are worth anything or not . Morocco needed the next drill and confirmation the partner intend to go ahead . Solar and wind projects need to see a return for electricity produced etc

Energean been well up 3 of last 4 sessions. Sickening. Nothing will get this stinky dog on the up apart from a takeover for 20p or less. Isn't AP obliged to disclose if there was a bid.
