Relationship with Government is excellent as evidenced by the award of the onshore concession where the Anchois gas will come ashore. Everything going very well and the deramping on this bb is childish and pathetic. Your day of reckoning is closing fast so jog on.

Pedders..
Isn't it obvious to you?
The more money chariot hand over to the morrocans.. the brown envelopes keep coming.
I did say it's a kiddy on licence with no prospect of ever getting developed.. certainly not by a marketing company like chariot FFS !;
Another cash grab raise coming very soon.. underhanded tactics is the name of the game played here.

why sign up for more onshore prospects if relationship with gov not good. I thought BOD were trying to get cash to shareholders with minimal dilution.

Why didn't they bring in some professionals to help them negotiate the deal rather than blowing the money on the periphal projects. Clowns

Field plan. Government stalling. Coz they have to pay their share when its approved. They say they cant approve without partner details. Decent management would have it buttoned ip by now. Financing. Banks aint interested. They dont trust Chariot to deliver. They're waiting for an experienced partner to come in and take the reins. Big fees for nowt. No leadership getting this over the line. Common theme. Onshore. Staff I spoke to were keen. But more as bolt hole if partner takes over Anchois.

Bonuses. Other attendees covered this in Q&A. No point in me digging. Overall impression. Second division team spending our money. Or rather wasting it. Essential that a half decent partner comes in quick on ok terms. Or this is not going to deliver us anything.

Gas price continued. They think the Shell deal is good because it helps to set a price. But same as partnering management doesnt know what its doing. The pierre fella is living the expat dream and will string it out. More to follow.

I went and it was depressing. I got my questions answered off the record and neatly choked on my nibbles. I spoke with 3 staff in the know and ghis is what I pieced together. Partnering. Complicated. 2 maybe 3 companies left in. All offering different deals. All share and cash. One wants to test. One wants to drill more exploration wells. One is happy to push the button now. None are offering big numbers. They know Chariot can't move without em and they aint over-paying. Main problem us the seniors trying to get the deal done ate unrealistic and inexperienced. Proper oilie commercial fellas would have had it done by now. Gas price. Government bureaucrats are scared of doing a deal. They've recently signed up with Shell and Anchois price need to be 25% below.

And ST on 12 Jul 23
"I can now reveal that an announcement will be made shortly, which could materially provide the financing of the development capital to first gas and significantly reduce the risk of dilution to shareholders. I can also reveal that investment bank Societe Generale is in ongoing discussions with a consortium of European and Moroccan banks which have “indicated their appetite to provide debt finance.""

Has something gone wrong?

11 Jul 23 from Malcysblog "Finally it is easy to get carried away after all these exciting prospects but it should be remembered that Anchois still hasn’t got its FID yet, I can only imagine that with so much hard work having been done this too is imminent." 2 months later I wonder what his view post AGM
