Chariot can confirm it has made an investment in 20 Rolex Alarm clocks ..
The CEO stated that BOD have been doing Absolutely nothing over the last 18 months & have been struggling getting out of bed in the morning..
He also noted that although the Bod are all millionaires & Don't really care about shareholders & have nothing to get out of bed for, it would be nice for them to hear some soothing Alarm tunes in the morning..
The CFO says the Alarm ⏰ clocks were purchased from mates of AP for a sum of £1 million pounds...a small block Admission raise for the investment will be required next week.

It seems inconceivable that they could go to an AGM without any progress report on the biggest opportunity in their portfolio especially as they have indicated that a report will be forthcoming.

I expect an announcement in the next two weeks but their timing of RNS s seems to be determined by the content.I do wish they would stick to 7.0am. Makes life a lot easier.

BB, my guess is they will make an announcement ahead of AGM. They're gonna sell 51% for $25mill and a carry on 2 wells next year. With a $5mill bonus payable at project sanction which wont be until the END of next year at best. That gives em a year and a bit to raise the finance on their 24% of development cost share or more likely sell down another 17% in exchange for a carry on remaining 7%. In other words they get $30mill + a small revenue stream to keep AP and his mates in Gucci loafers. Not great for long-suffering PIs but enough to keep the fraud squad from investigating claims made by AP and the Julian fella around the last cash raise. If that doesn't happen, its sub 10p like you say with AP and the Julian fella 'helping the SFO with their enquiries'.

Do yourself a favour and look at the real share price over the last couple of hours. The true price was 14p or slightly higher imitating yesterday. Next week we may see the real direction of travel. Either way is possible.

Someone still collecting at 14.26 p ---- 1.3 million shares. There will probably be more such trades classifications on Monday first thing.

MMs just trying to keep the share price just over 14p - steady as she goes until the big news. Look at the At trades to see them at work.

Given CHAR`S RNS style any bad news would be at an odd time such as the next 5mins.

Hopefully we can all look forward more optimistically to early next week.


Ps a quiet closing auction c. 6000 shares --- some buy some sell. MMs seem content with that.

BB, I think you're wrong on this. Why? Coz AP and the Julian fella are in serious trouble if they've been lying about partners and wells to be drilled next year. By serious trouble, I mean the fraud squad or even contracts placed with unpleasant underworld plumbers. So how are they gonna escape? I have an idea. It involves doing a deal with a partner. Not a great deal but one that ticks the boxes required to stop their collars being felt or worse.

With block trades they only have to be repored when the last trade is complete hence the large after closing figures as per this morning`s report of yesterday.

PS This is as usual being played with by the MMs.


Trading 3-5pm will be interesting but incomplete block trades will not be seen.

That burst of 12 AT trades at 14.5 for 1281 shares each all at the same second, follows similar trading yesterday of 36 trades totalling 416000 at the same second. This was a regular occurrence in the past when CHAR was having big volumes. It will be interesting to see how this develops.

Apparently the Bod love looking at the waves for their balconies and dream of Hydrogen power from them...so they say they will probably raise another £20 million so they can pretend to be a hydrogen player... just like they do with the gas pillar side of the business...you know... just pretend they have something big. 🤣🤣🤣

Price dropping now. I wonder whether the CFO is struggling to close out setting up the Airbnb account. Plus the COO will be working with cleaners and organising the key safe. Lots of moving parts to this one...not easy

Monday or Thursday are the days of choice for good news so be patient.

These are big deals and take time.


Strange set of book buys yesterday afternoon c. 2.45pm. There seems to have been a big buy operation going on st 14.24p and there is further evidence of that in this morning`s reporting of yesterday`s trades.

It would seem that yesterday c. One Million shares were bought at c.14.24p

Rents will be paid in Brown envelopes directly to AP ..
So shareholders don't Benefit from it All...
But great to know the BOD have Big rewards for All their hard work.
