there wa s an excellent poster called The Ape from the bear threads of 00-03 who set a thread up for natural disasters. he did alot of research into earthquakes; theres 100's everyday, many of which are 5.5M+

As for my forecasting, I stick to financial markets :)

Earthquake Prediction for January.In my estimation the next period of earthquake activity will be on January 30th. The Richter scale I estimate to be 5.5 to 6.0. The activity should increase from the 28th January, should peak on the 30th and tail off 31st of January. At the 31st January we will also see the markets tumble, perhaps bad weather and political tension threatening war.
I am preparing the earthquake map for the whole year.

no worries mate...trust me the chart was right...only mistake on my part was not going short the break but had made my money for the day...anyway back lurking keep up the good work you 2 it is appreciated...or u could visit us on the S&P thread we have a few good intraday traders there ;-)

no mate i wasnt i was shorting ftse in and out and had noted your 10563 as a bounce point 1st trade bounced there i closed my ftse short as in the back of my mind had had that figure...i missed the rest but had a good day..note the time of my post and the time it hit 10563...like i have said before great thread ..was just saying thanks mate

Navyan - Ive looked in on Ando's work for many years before you popped up, its always entertaining :)

When making forecasts - whether weather or market related - I think one has to make them before the forecast event occurs. I think thats how forecasts work.

I see buyers are loading up again in 40B quantities on the 15mins chart.

10607 is the level to watch tonight imo.
