A reminder of reasons for the 7p placing 4 weeks back;-- The net proceeds of the Fundraise will be used to: -- Re-enter the Anchois-1 discovery well as an additional value-accretive work opportunity capitalising on a low-cost rig rate secured for the Anchois-2 appraisal campaign, due to spud in December 2021, offshore Morocco;-- Finalise negotiations of gas sales agreements and financing to unlock Final Investment Decision on Anchois;-- Progress new ventures on debt fundable, material producing gas assets focused on Africa;-- Fund a feasibility work programme on large-scale green hydrogen project in Mauritania; and--Progress the rapidly developing Transitional Power project pipeline under recently expanded partnership with Total Eren.

Fair enough all (thanks) appreciate no research done.

Newbie on this one

I was reading the background RNS' and saw that well productivity was part of Anchois 2 plan. However, noticed it has indeed been plugged statemedt in recent RNS.

'Unlock the development of the discovered sands by confirming the gas resource volumes, reservoir quality and well productivity.' - This was staled as the aim here.

So how do they do that from the rig data they have? Some kind of fancy analysis of samples taken from the well to evaluate potential productivity? pressure log porosity analysis etc?

Anchois 1 must be flow rest right? OR same sort of thing as Anchois 2.. I.e. Just drill and have a look at how the well is doing and see if salvageable..

Having looked at presentation and the high flow target from field. Surely they must doing something more d to prove they will get the expected flows?

Or is it just nice looking porosity, high pressure and length of zone - that are the evaluating factors?

Thanks again. And by all means feel free to have a go! Lol.

No flow testing done in Anchois 2. They may be doing that in Anchois 1. Sands are very good though apparently. Good question Digby.

The puzzle with Rharb is where has all the oil gone. Indications of oil feature in many wells. Like Namibia, deeper may be the answer.

Anchois-1 was drilled in 2009 by dana and repsol, 12 years ago. How will the well conditions be?CHar have stated they will assess the integrity of Anchois-1, if the well is a write off do they have enough funding to drill new one?Repsol will be kicking themselves for letting this go, sdx sells gas at $12 per mcf.

"The well will now be suspended for potential future re-entry and completion as a production well in the development of the field."

This company now has three parts, the hydrogen project, the green energy for mines project, and now the offshore Moroccan gas development project.

Our ESG credentials are sound, which is exactly what fund managers love to pack their portfolios with.

The Namibia legacy assets will likely be flogged off or let go because they don't fit with our ESG image. Shell making a discovery probably allows us to sell those licenses for a small fee and maybe future royalties too.

Fress tomorrow, Weekend business press and an announcement next week will see us move further up. Not forgetting Namibia and Hydrogen possibilities that are also both looking up at the present time. GL all LTH's...this really could hit the highs AP was right transformational results and more expected.
