Larry Bottomley, CEO of Chariot commented:

"Using the information acquired from the 2018 drilling campaigns we have not only been able to de-risk and refine our giant prospect portfolio, but also identified and acquired a low risk appraisal asset with the capacity to generate significant cash flow for the Company.

Chariot's risk portfolio is now balanced by a commercially attractive production opportunity, capable of sustaining the high impact exploration programmes of our giant potential prospects within the wider portfolio. Our cash position substantially exceeds our commitments and, with the significant interest received in our data rooms, we are confident about our ability to achieve on our near-term goals in Morocco. At the same time, we remain vigilant to further new venture opportunities that can further de-risk the portfolio whilst also looking to secure additional partners to deliver wells in a fast follower position on our Namibian and Brazilian assets."

Hey Babbler long time no speak! chariot could be very close to some big news IMO and at the moment very undervalued.They have market cap of just £15m but have £12m in the coffers so any deal announced will send this flying.

The mm,s are playing games here,i bought 110k here yesterday which they did not publish until the last minute of trading yesterday.And today i bought more first thing which is not showing yet,makes me think something on the newswires could be coming.

Hey Kaffco there is no reason why it should not be on very favourable terms,with the market cap at the moment though i think they could be a target for a bid too.Morocco is a very decent opportunity for chariot,and their have been a number of high net deals in the region in the last 12 months.

They have had the data room open for partners for some time now so maybe Larry has landed a sweet deal.I do like the morocco play and the fact of high local gas prices / demand.

9 trades so far with a volume of 356000 and a gain of 4.4%. A positive start but we need some volume to drive this through 4.5 and on to 5.

Go through all presentations, you'll see how long that Brazil data room is open, and don't forget to check all rns just to have an idea, when was last time Larry managed to farm out , and what he is capable to achieve. Also check out Shells offer for Mauritania, which char turned down, at the end of the day, they were spouting about Mauritania big time

Now you are grasping at straws with that comment , Company has £12 million and if we do , as I expect , get a joint venture then cash will come flowing in, do not forget Brazil , lots happening there with the majors , and of course as an outside chance there is the Namibia , you never know in this game , Larry has a lot to prove !!!

Certainly looks like Larry is up to something , people have been buying , but not massively , so probably insiders getting away with it .

It has to be the gas , and lots of it , joint venture most likely .if so 20p with ease .

Someone was keen this afternoon at 15.14 7 trades of 40000 @4.41p went through in the space of 15 seconds!
Volume now 2.6 million as we enter the final 20 minutes of trading.
