11.5% up today. managed to hold it and not screw it up. Often you start well get hooked and loose it all. Not this time. Avoid overtrading (which often means to have always position opened even when it is NOT a good time to do so) which means fighting to retain what you already gained.

11480 with IG or 11513 on ADVFN data all nicely broken the high as posted yesterday. Very pleasing trading day too.
