Events of 1764
1764
USA
Sugar Act. Parliament, desiring revenue from its North American colonies, passed the first law specifically aimed at raising colonial money for the Crown. The act increased duties on non-British goods shipped to the colonies.

Currency Act. This act prohibited American colonies from issuing their own currency, angering many American colonists.

Beginnings of Colonial Opposition. American colonists responded to the Sugar Act and the Currency Act with protest. In Massachusetts, participants in a town meeting cried out against taxation without proper representation in Parliament, and suggested some form of united protest throughout the colonies. By the end of the year, many colonies were practicing nonimportation, a refusal to use imported English goods.

Well, I do think we are going through historic times. Astrology allows one to find reference points of similar times in the past. I use Pluto here as a reference with a few other planets. Here is the times of the past we are similar with and maybe we can all learn from... I think 1518 and 1764 are very similar to 2010 and I urge you to look at the history of 1764 to learn from it. In 1518 the Slave trade begun. (We will see many Slave countries soon) As far as 1764 we get the beginning of the American Revolution, an more interestingly is what follows....For the next 10 years things get worse with British Taxing the Americans leading to American war and Independence. Slave trade is stopped and the Industrial Revolution starts. Will it all be repeated and how?
