At this level of play 2 good cycles have closed. A retrace is possible under normal circumstances. See also post number 270.

We are no in the band of 12150 - 12350 where she could retrace anytime. IF NOT then she is going to retrace at 12670 and then nowhere less than 14000 pronto by Xmas or New year soonafter...see post 264 in here.

I posted this before.....If there is enough viagra in their drink they may bring it to 12350. But at either 12350 or 12150 there will be significant retrace.

Yeah possible ando, and i know the rate hikes lag, but think the major impact might be felt approx 6mths before your peak??? Might actually be seeing the first shoots of a slowdown, just depends how the market guages the next round of earnings...imo. Sentiment can be a rather fickle commodity and one 'poorish' result too many, could tip the balance.

Yeah games being played for sure....i was thinking of an sb short, small stake, large stop loss, but the spike last night on IG at 11.26 has got me wondering what else might be coming.... couple of weeks till elections is a long time for games, so think i will wait for the turn now and just go with the flow. Had thought of setting up a limit order which would be triggered at a ridiculous high, just in case of another spike and then set a wide stoploss from that ??? decision decisions...lol.

If i stuck to my original chart, then i should be saying with some conviction that we have just seen the top....but i dont feel convinced....lol. Might have been feelin happier if it had been middle of next week :-(

might drop it back off 12000 again before making a double top mind you?
