Looks like back into freefall . The lack of communication from the bod is disgraceful and it's no wonder investors are bailing with their arrogance and incompetence . The gravy train is fast disappearing now here .

Yes I won't invest in a company that has poor management and aim is full of those tbh that's why so many fail and lose investors money . I was in for a quick trade but the lack of direction from the bod here made me sell out . Until ENOGs position becomes clear this is a basket case to avoid imo . Complete gamble now on what they decide to do .

The lack of throttling back cash burn isn't a good thing either ,shows contempt from them and arrogance . Amazing when they deliver such failure for investors

James - "The drill ship is still on location"

That's right because investors seem to think demobilisation is just a matter of the drill ship sailing off to the next location. Plugging, abandoning and demobilisation takes about one to two weeks.

However if CHAR/ENOG states there will be a second drill I would be extremely surprised if the share price does not multi-bag from here given the resources at A1, A2 and A3.

The fact that a flow test was not even attempted at A3 suggests all parties think the entire Anchois project is too water logged to ever be commercial.

Shareholders have to wait and see but if it is confirmed there will be no further drill CHAR will halve again from here. The company may already know this and the reason why ENOG have been told to remain silent. You see this failure is nothing for ENOG for they are too big a company to affected by one project whereas CHAR depends 100% on it.

Agreed mate, most investors don't realise that the company had cash of $6 million in April before receiving $10 million in the farm out .Then a further $9 million raised in July. This money is not spent as this Ancnchois 3 well is free carried. The cash is for new projects and to to advance the huge green hydrogen jv with Total in Mauritania. On top of that there is still a huge value in the Morocco offshore and onshore projects.

Investors Chrpnicle

Investors are massively overreacting to Chariot's update

Aim-traded Africa-focused energy group is having a minor setback, but the main drilling news comes next week…..
The share price reaction today is completely disproportionate. Auctus's risked NAV of 43p and downgraded target price of 40p (from 45p) are still 11 times higher than Chariot’s current share price. I would not sell the shares at this depressed level ahead of the well results next week. Hold.“

Wow - so so sad for remaining investors!!!

For once so relieved that my risk management paid off / in selling my last remaining tranche of CHAR in June in the 7s after management updated on the cash position!!! My only marginally unprofitable trade in CHAR!! This is the wild AIM!!! Take your money and RUN!!!

It appears management have scammed investors/Energeran about the prior drills!!!

How could it go so bad? Management repeatedly conveyed that Anchois 3 was a super high chance of success!!!

No flow test to boot!!!

This dubious CHAR management need to be investigated for fraud - appear to have siphoned off investor cash!!!

I asked Copilot why Chariot's share price has fallen. Here's the answer. The share price of Chariot Ltd (CHAR:LSE) has experienced a decline recently. Several factors may have contributed to this downward trend:Farm-Out Agreement with Energean: Market reactions to Chariot's farm-out agreement with Energean could be influencing investor sentiment. The specifics of this deal and how it impacts Chariot's financials and prospects may be affecting the stock price1.Cash Needs and Funding Strategies: Concerns about Chariot's future cash requirements and its funding strategies might be contributing to the share price decline. Investors closely monitor a company's financial health and its ability to meet its obligations1.Long-Term Prospects and Valuation: Broader investor sentiment regarding Chariot's long-term prospects and the valuation of its flagship project could also play a role. If investors perceive risks or uncertainties related to the company's growth potential, it can impact share prices1.
