Additional Company Update

Further to the Company update on 18 July 2018, Challenger announces that it has executed an agreement with the owner of Star Sanctum ("Owner") regarding the repayment of the GBP100,000 loan Challenger provided to the Owner on the following basis:

-- The Owner will re-pay the full GBP100,000 loan amount to Challenger commencing with a GBP35,000 payment on or before 30 September 2018, then quarterly payments with the balance on or before 30 June 2019

-- Challenger has agreed not to take any legal action against the Owner on the condition that the above payments are completed

Mark Gustafson, Challenger's Chief Executive Officer, said "Under the circumstances this is a mutually beneficial outcome for both parties and we look forward to receiving these payments."
