The directors cannot buy thirty days ahead of any company changing events or news. My take on the director buy is that it is a con trick to convince mug punters something is afoot or the company is still worth investing in. The plan is mug punters pile in giving directors a chance to place new discounted shares. With a small cash pile the company can keep going a little longer. But with a mcap of only £200k wild rumours and positive corporate activity of any kind can send this soaring.

I think the director buying in the market was the clue this is not dead yet.

Time will tell, but at £200k m cap it's worth a hold imho.

I know absolutely nothing. But I have been around long enough and have lost enough money to know lies and deception when I see it.Those of us who trade in stocks get told stuff all the time. 99.9% of it is ramping or deramping lies. The purpose of it all is to deceive others. Unless someone from the NYW project or a director has given you inside information your posts regarding good news coming is a lie.

I don't spread lies as has been suggested.If what I have been told comes to fruition then its a Happy New Year for shareholders. If it doesn't work out this time, there will be other opportunities. As for directors offloading shares, the CEO bought the bulk of his holding above the current shareprice so not sure what he is going to gain by selling now.
