TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS UPDATE 
 
Ceres Agriculture Fund Limited (the "Company") the Guernsey domiciled, 
closed-ended investment company, managed by FourWinds Capital Management 
established to invest in an actively managed portfolio of primarily 
exchange-traded agricultural commodity contracts and derivatives and other 
agricultural commodity related investments, announces that on 18 March 2010 the 
Company purchased 1,700,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a 
price of US$0.88 per share of which 320,340 will be held in treasury and 
1,379,660 will be cancelled. 
 
Following this purchase, there remain: 
 
(i) 123,540,083 issued ordinary shares admitted to trading. Each ordinary share 
carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general 
meetings of ordinary shareholders; 
 
(ii) 13,726,675 ordinary shares in treasury. The voting rights of treasury 
shares are automatically suspended. 
 
Accordingly, following this purchase the Company had total voting rights of 
123,540,083. 
 
The total voting rights figure (of 123,540,083) may be used by shareholders (and 
others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by 
which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, 
or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and 
Transparency Rules.
