Grant of Options under SAYE Scheme and Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Cenkos Securities plc announces that as part of the Company's approved Save As You Earn scheme (the "Scheme") options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have today been granted.

Under the Scheme. which was made available to all employees, a total of 38 employees of the Company, including one Director of the Company and one of the Company's 'persons discharging managerial responsibility' (a "PDMR"), have applied to participate in the Scheme resulting in the grant of options to subscribe for an aggregate of 1,011,684 Ordinary Shares in the Company.

The Options have an exercise price, calculated in accordance with the rules of the Scheme, of 40.27 pence per Option (representing a 20% discount to the average closing mid-market price per Ordinary Share on 15, 16, and 19 October 2020, being the three days prior to the invitation to participate in the Scheme being made). Subject to the rules of the Scheme participants will be able to exercise their Options within six-months commencing from 1 January 2014.

The following Director and PDMR of the Company applied to participate in the Scheme and have been granted Options in the amounts shown below:
