("CLA" or "the Company")
AGM RESULTS AND DE-LISTING
Capital Lease Aviation Plc (LSE: CLA), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, announces that, following receipt of the results of the poll votes on each of the resolutions put to its Annual General Meeting from its registrars, all resolutions were passed.
As shareholders have now approved the de-listing of CLA, it is expected that the Company will be de-listed with effect from 7 am on 24 November 2015 and a further announcement will be made in due course confirming this. The expected last day of dealings in ordinary shares of the Company is 23 November 2015. Further information on the de-listing process can be found in the circular published by the Company on 16 October 2015 which is available on the Company's website.
