27/5/2008 11:53 | Results out. As you say Maysun market cap of £8M with cash of £2M. Surprised the share price has stayed at 3p. Clearspeed(CSD) looks a much better value play on accelereated computing as its at a significant discount to cash | hugepants
09/5/2008 17:44 | 270 mil shares @ 3pps gives a market cap = £8.1 millions. Is this the most over valued share on the market? Given that the management ran the previous core business to the ground, why are they good enough to make the new venture a success? Unproven product, poor management and over valued market cap, so what should be the conclusion? LOL!!! | maysun
29/4/2008 17:39 | Hughpant, This type of buisness burns a lot of cash on staff salaries and thier generous perks. They might have spent millions but little in term of real value. No doubt they now have more cash to pay themselves higher salaries and better perks. LOL!!! | maysun
29/4/2008 16:19 | Wow, i got it spot on....1pps.......lol Massive dilution, you guys has been taken to the cleaners. The U.S. contracts look nice on paper, but keeping these big financial houses happy demand lots of cash, money and time....It will be interesting to know how much net proft the company get out of them. I bet the companty will come back for more cash in say 12 months time. LOL!!! | maysun
29/4/2008 13:08 | Placing. 2,000,000 shares at 1p. You were right maysun. Words fail me. The 10s of millions this company has spent the last decade is actually being valued at not much more than sod all. | hugepants
03/4/2008 20:55 | 20 grands is small change consider what these so call senior managers earns nowaday. The company was poorly run, neeeded to re-align its core to AC in order to survive. AC tech and idea seems ok, but I have great doubt weather the current management has what it takes to turn it into a succsssful business. If I am a potenetial investor asked to participate in a shares placement, 1 pps is the max i will pay for the new shares. | maysun
03/4/2008 08:52 | Dont know maysun but Id bet they will either raise more money or be bought out. A director bought 20 grands worth at 5.5p recently. | hugepants
03/4/2008 08:31 | HP, Have not follow this for a while, in your estimation, when is the latest the company has to come to the market for more fund? | maysun
27/2/2008 11:05 | New website at explains new business strategy. Surely yet another fund-raising imminent. Cant have much cash left. | hugepants
14/1/2008 11:31 | Director buys 20 grands worth at 5.5p | hugepants
09/1/2008 09:20 | Some big news at last. One (yes thats right WUN) new share has been issued pursuant to the issue of an option. Thats an extra 1p into the coffers. CELOXICA HOLDINGS PLC ("Celoxica" or the "Company") Additional Listing The Company announces that application has been made for the admission to AIM of 1 new ordinary share of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Share"), pursuant to the exercise of an option. The new Ordinary Share ranks pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, and dealings are expected to commence on 14 January 2008. End | hugepants
18/12/2007 17:14 | News out Keston Disposal of the ESL business for $3M. Also a trading update. They are experiencing "traction in their key verticals". I quite like that phrase. I may even try and use it in conversation. | hugepants
23/10/2007 15:27 | Totally agree HP in since 18p, I have virtually written off now. | keston07
23/10/2007 15:23 | Its a thankless task ramping this piece of sh1t | hugepants
19/10/2007 12:59 | Xilinx are a huge company. Market cap is $7.7billion. Takeover? This could be an escape route for CXA since they are surely going to need cash injections for the next year or so. | hugepants
19/10/2007 12:48 | Xilinx have increased their holding from 9M to 12.2M | hugepants
11/10/2007 22:50 | Directors buy a million | hugepants
11/10/2007 08:18 | Another implementation Current market cap is £4.6M after the recent fundraising of £0.66M at 4.75p. It should keep them going for a couple of months. | hugepants
28/9/2007 14:28 | The management of this company live in a dream world. The "no reason for the share price fall" RNS a few months back looks silly now. Surely running out of cash is a valid reason for the share price drop. | hugepants
28/9/2007 08:40 | interims: Its obvious from these results and Clearspeeds' yesterday that this accelerated computing caper is still at a very early stage. They need cash. May be a takeover target with £40M in historic trading losses. | hugepants
21/9/2007 13:30 | .....The partnership with HP is a significant development for Celoxica. Big banks and other financial institutions need to feel comfortable with the level of support they're going to get with their mission-critical technology. With a staff of 46, it's hard for Celoxica to provide that by themselves. They realize hooking up with Tier 1 vendors gives them a big boost into these markets....... | hugepants
17/9/2007 08:39 | Need 10 more pence to b/even, keep the good news flowing. | keston07
17/9/2007 07:48 | Celoxica Accelerators quaified in HP Servers | hugepants |
