Like all the Charles Street ventures I've been offered, this one seems very much wing-and-a-prayer. Charles Street originally told me a 1 in 3 success rate is good for this type of new venture. The other two will go belly-up – the question being how much more one is induced to sink in as refinancings on the way down!

I'd like to think the recent news is mildly positive, and that Corporate Synergy wouldn't take on a complete basket case, but perhaps that's just optimism. Is their 228k option block at 10p their only fee at this stage? Very fishy that the two Cubus founders have left so early. Voluntary or not? What's happened to the bulk of Adir's 9.9m shares? Huber and Janssen take 3.7m so who are the "various entities and individuals" taking the rest? I imagine the price they got was some way south of the 10p that Charles Street were offering 1m at yesterday. So many questions........

Now that there has been a change of management, a change of adviser and the opening of a third casino, does anyone have a revised view of the company's prospects, if I dare use such a word?

Only useful thing about my following this company is it shows me to never buy anything off these guys:

* Numerica is the nominated adviser to the company and Rowan
Dartington is acting as broker.

Obviously don't care about their reputations to go an float a piece of junk like this..

I seen PMD before and liked them. If I had any cash I would invest for the long term and PMD would come very high in my priority over any other share.
