In accounts to Dec 30 2015 for part of the group it refers to shares being held in

"TV You! Ltd "

but according to official UK records that co. has not existed since 2008 !!

As a large investors
- did you know this ?
- does it concern you if official signed accounts signed as being true and complying with the Company Act 2006 give data that is FALSE ?

imo other similar errors can be found.
...one could argue that these types of mistakes are not material or important....I disagree, imo the accounts are either correct or they are not. The text in the accounts needs to be correct, and imo the directors and auditors get very well paid to make sure that it is.

I found this below after a bit of a sniff around on the 3i site.

TechnologyArdvark's insight:

Cellcast UK - a leading provider of participatory television programming and interactive telephony technology for the fast growing cross-platform digital entertainment is currently in advanced talks with U.S. giant Google Inc. The deal, which will see Google using Cellcast's internet telephony technology for it's upcoming online gaming platform will transform Cellcast into a Tier-1 provider. Google are also said to be interested in using Cellcast's online content technology to streamline projects.

Cellcast's core strengths are constantly put into use as a leading UK provider of participatory programming, a technology partner for third parties and an investor in dynamic new ventures that benefit from our experience, know-how and position as a quoted company.

Discussions have been ongoing since Friday and will continue today. The deal, said to be worth £22m over the next 2 years, would be transformational for the UK stock exchange listed company. All things going well it would generate £8m per annum thereafter in years 3 & 4.

Cellcast currently trades at 1.10p as at close on the 13th August 2015 giving it a market capitalisation of £850k. The recent results for 2014 showed annual revenue of £12.2m and net profit of £2.9m, which sees the current price undervalued even without the Google deal.

We give Cellcast UK a very achievable 35p target short term with the Google deal.

Thanks for explaning Nobby, its always interesting to see techniques and calculations used by other investors.

Ive done some dummy trades this morning, and i think todays sells are actually buys.

1st close above 200DMA since May 2011. Like Davydoo no idea why we have had such a big move - does anyone with Level 2 see any large buys on the books - I can only assume either Cellcast India's recent successes are starting to interest investors generally and / or a major investor is on the sidelines with some big orders. Either way this is all very welcome given CLTV remains my largest holding (for good or bad). Nobby

It certainly was a good day Norbert, not often you have two big holdings make moves on the same day.

Normally on a rise like this I would expect a fall tomorrow as understandably people take profits, however I don't think there are many people who have been buying at lower prices as volume has been very small for the past few months.

I think anyone who takes a look following todays rise will still see more in it, both traders and investors.

Sector davydoo

Look at DCD, 1p bid to a high of 9.75p in 3 weeks, media seems to be on the up, DCD have found a new big investor, nobody wanted to touch them for years.

Cltv could be next or at least recover some lost ground.

Having a new investor 'roped in' ? I wonder if that got lost in translation

Interesting to see the size of the investment by Vertex. Implies there's still substantial value in our reduced holding

cheers lyonst, interesting to see the reference to Vertex Venture Holdings, i assume our new investor, owned by Temasek, part of the Singpaore sovereign wealth fund. This could bode well for entry into other parts of Asia, especially when you look at their other investments.

Jason,

I hope you are well.

I met an investor yesterday who mentioned that another large CLTV investor (that he thought may be you) was selling down his stake in the market.

Can you confirm this or otherwise.

All the best,

Andrew
