                            Resignation of Director

London, Beijing, 31 March 2008: CEC Unet plc, the Chinese mobile media services
company listed on AIM (AIM: CECU), today announces that Mr Ricky Ang has
resigned from the Company's board of directors effective April 1, 2008.

Mr. Ang is a non-executive director of the Company and is stepping down to
pursue other interests and to devote more time to existing business interests.

Mr. Chen Zhaobin, Chairman of CEC Unet, said," We are very grateful to Mr. Ang
for his dedication and valuable contributions to the Company thus far."
