Well nobody has been broking it or selling the story to the market and I suspect the ratehr large convertible bond has not helped........but all in good time........I can not see there being too much trouble in getting a new nomad as there are masses out there gagging for work

(some are of the view blue oar were going to get pushed anyway!)

CEC Unet plc: Statement re Suspension of Shares


Following its recent change of business focus, CEC Unet plc ("CECU" or "the Company"), the
AIM-listed Chinese mobile media services
company, is in the process of appointing a new NOMAD. It has already held talks with several
potential advisers and will announce the
appointment of a new NOMAD shortly. In the meantime Blue Oar Securities has resigned as the
Company's current NOMAD.

Of their recent disposal of CBP: "It means the Company can use the released monies to continue to fund the tremendous growth in its core business without the need to spend further investment on supporting CBP".

Why hasn't the share price reflected this 'tremendous growth' which has supposed to have been going on since the end of last year?

Its a tempory suspension. If it was to do with a financial problem like running out of cash the announcement tends to be a bit more forthcoming. Its looking like an eachway bet - but I tend to be more of an optimist, so I'll err on the side of positive news (well initially anyway!)

They're planning to take advantage of the Olympics so that should give them a lot more sales. Happy to stay in for the medium to long term.

Decent growth rate; Kitchen sinked the mobile content etc; could have done with a more comprehensive update on current business.

Why aren't the company's brokers doing their stuff and getting the message out to institutions? Is there anyone doing the financial PR? - I am sure I could do better at either of these jobs!

Sounds good - just a shame it's halved since I bought in.
