10/11/2018 20:44 | davevt - I very much doubt Miton could cash in 300m shares at any time without driving the price to near zero - so its hardly a flip of a coin if they decide to exit. They clearly knew, as we do, that taking a substantial stake in a highly illiquid share could only have been done with a long term perspective. That said, I am very aware that having an institution onboard doesnt mean a great deal....but they must have done some DD to take a position....hence my interest. | mdchand
10/11/2018 13:14 | They just spent £360,000 to buy over 10% of the company, at a 50% premium to the share price at the time. It's got to be a good sign of things to come.. ignore.bashers.that. place.your.bet.for.A from.CTEA.official.R GLA REGARDS.. | livup967
09/11/2018 16:38 | Did you both fail to read my post above. ' They haven't taken a 'stake', it's funding but with the ability to cash in shares at any time. Much less risk to the financing company than simply loaning the amount. And it's not even as much as a small mortgage.' Is my mortgage company taking a 'punt' on me when it gives me 400k? No. And as for, 'are you suggesting Milton are as gullible as he rest of us'. Firstly, how many aim companies have you seen go down the pan with level 2 investees tied in? Loads. So don't assume they get it right. Secondly, this company under it's previous name has had lots of level 2 investors and the company was a total scam and turned over less last year a week than your local paperboy. So yes there have been plenty of level 2s stupidly investing in this company and kicking themselves. Then there is also the self fulfilling prophecy. This level 2 could buy shares over cost price, and sell them tomorrow and only lose 15 percent...but it won't it's counting on the self fulfilling prophecy of 'if we pay over the odds we will make people think we know something, which will then encourage people to buy, price will go up to our buy price and we can sell out again. Seriously, this share has been down in the 0.07s for ages, why didn't they just buy down there. This is nothing more than a loan, and instead of ctea having to pay it back, the finance company gets shares in lieu. | davevt
09/11/2018 16:33 | Are you suggesting Miton are as gullible as the rest of us?. that't.the.300Mill.s for.a.punt REGARDS... | livup967
09/11/2018 15:43 | Neither of us know why an II participated in the fund raise at a significant premium to the list price but I am curious to find out. Are you suggesting Miton are as gullible as the rest of us? | mdchand
09/11/2018 14:29 | And as discussed before, it doesn't matter if their music platform is the best thing since sliced bread for the artists. It could give them gold bars and daily blow jobs for all it matters, because you need to find a way to make the PUBLIC use it, and they don't give a toss that the artists are getting more money. So basically how in a million years are they going to pursuade the public from Google play or iTunes, or spotify. Actually how are they gonna get anyone to even know about the site? It's laughable. It's a pipe dream using the word blockchain to suck in gullible investors. The tech behind it is irrelevant, it's a customer driven business model and the type of database it runs on makes no difference to the public whatsoever. | davevt
09/11/2018 14:22 | It's 300 million shares in the rns, and Milton have an rns stating 300 million shares held. They haven't taken a 'stake', it's funding but with the ability to cash in shares at any time. Much less risk to the financing company than simply loaning the amount. And it's not even as much as a small mortgage. People really do read too much into these things. It's a small financing arrangement backed up by share options. | davevt
09/11/2018 13:32 | I don't believe they stated who the institutional investor was in last week's rns so its useful to know such things as Miton may well provide some narrative in forthcoming newsletters re why they took a stake here. IMO The great unknown here is whether they are getting traction with their ledger software with the music download platform.... | mdchand
09/11/2018 11:40 | Is there anyone that isn't idiots on aim, or purposely trying to mislead people? | davevt
09/11/2018 11:39 | Pete, really? This is old news, this is the 300 million shares already disclosed in the rns last week, this isn't ANOTHER investment. You are purposely trying to mislead. | davevt

06/11/2018 17:37 | Filtering someone, that's the equivalent of of being upset by someone else's words and sticking your fingers in your ears and saying 'no no stop it I don't want to hear it'. Oh and then the conspiracies 'must be shorting it / ex disgruntled director' because they want to convince themselves there is some kind of alterior motive' and they are 'making it up'. No, no short, no making it up, lots of experience, and non invested so un biased....vs invested person, no experience in the company, biased views. | davevt
06/11/2018 10:00 | livup967I've got cretin filtered like most other people.....fwiw I also own PYC and HEMO....Cretin Dave is short of those as well.... | badger60
06/11/2018 09:16 | Because you lot are wet behind the ears and I've been following this scam for the past couple of years, and called every single scam out in advance, to the letter. Obviously you newbies can't see this because they have changed their name and all the old rns and forum posts have gone. Everything they have released has been just like before, nameless unverified claims, mystery funding. Textbook milestone / ctea. Hence why the company was only doing 100 quid a week revenue last year. They don't even have premises, just a virtual office address. But of course, you lot who just bought your shares happen to think it's the best thing since sliced bread and know everything about the company. If you know about me, you'll know I call out duds every single time. If I'm on a board like this, it's a dud. Never been wrong, hence the price is down here. Obviously if you were around when it was milestone you'd have seen the epic plummet in share price when the company had to reveal it's terrible scams, mismanagement end less revenue than a big issue seller. | davevt

04/11/2018 05:20 | So this was posted along with many links.......and PWhite73 still denies it!......oh dear... elpirata30 Oct '18 - 11:56 - 20 of 35 0 2 0 HEMO is an AIM listed company No it isnt Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals Plc (LSE: HEMO), the biotechnology company developing novel therapies to transform bone marrow and blood stem cell transplantation, announces the readmission of its enlarged issued share capital to the standard listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange.
