Update regarding SIS
The Company provides the following update in respect of Sports Information Services (Holdings) Limited ("SIS") in which CMG has an approximate 20.54% interest.
Further to the update provided in the Company's interims for the six month period ended 31 December 2019 (the "Interims"), announced on 26 March 2020, SIS has informed the Company that, following the resumption of horse and greyhound racing in England from 1 June 2020 and horseracing in Ireland from 8 June 2020, together with the reopening of Licenced Betting Offices in England from 15 June 2020, it is now beginning to return to full operations, with staff being un-furloughed through June and into July 2020.
SIS has also informed the Company that it has secured additional online content, increasing its ability to provide 24/7 content to its customers. The additional content includes horseracing from Germany, Czech Republic and Hungary. SIS has also launched its first competitive gaming e-sports product with bet365.
SIS has also confirmed to the Company that as detailed in the Interims, SIS made a profit for the year ending 31 March 2020, prior to any provisions or adjustment as a result of COVID-19.
