14/8/2018 12:22 | RNS. Ctp issues new shares to pay off last of MXCP loan notes. Lifts MXCP holding to 7.5%. They've done here, although advisory ongoing. Imagine they'll be cashing in to put into new investments. | suneday
09/8/2018 10:24 | RNS. Contract. Adding to Managed Services Revenue. | suneday
06/8/2018 09:47 | MXCP RNS Seller was MXCP again, it seems to buy TAX from WRAY ( holdings RNS Friday ) and also to increase funds for future plans. ( whilst WRAY bought the Castleton shares from MXCP at market price ) There's an amount outstanding - the second sale - on which we might receive a holdings lift RNS, as well as the one due from MXCP. | suneday
03/8/2018 20:45 | Ha ha, aye, merry Christmas | deltrotter
03/8/2018 20:34 | Got to happen, and significant volume of late should help to underpin the share price for the future, and no dilution apparently on the cards for growth. ( promise of a dividend ) I think it's well set up as time passes. Nights are pulling in - soon be Christmas...... Catch you later. | suneday
03/8/2018 20:16 | Agreed suneday. I skimmed it as soon as it came out and my eyes fell on the UBS. It is a significant increase in his holding. Of course, we have a seller but that doesn't concern me as there are many reasons for selling but only one reason for buying! | deltrotter
03/8/2018 20:10 | No apology required! Thanks for coming back. It's just that WRAY got a bit of a name, mostly good, and some seem to follow him......... Several % traded today again. | suneday
03/8/2018 19:49 | Apologies, misread by me. You are correct. Helluva increase by Wray there | deltrotter
03/8/2018 17:07 | Do you take the view then that Nigel WRAY is not the 'natural' owner of the shares, and that the nominee companies are not simply providing their services to a private wealthy client and shown in the chain of undertakings. I am interested in your mention of UBS increasing, who have never appeared as a major shareholder. WRAY is shown as having the responsibility for notification. ( though the nominees 'holding' and dealing with affairs as his agent can do so on his behalf ) There is no doubt in my mind that WRAY personally has gone from 6.99% ( as shown on major shareholders details ) to 13.10%. Just interested in your thoughts for clarity and perhaps making too much of it. | suneday
03/8/2018 14:27 | Helluva increase by UBS there | deltrotter
01/8/2018 20:01 | I've come across Chalmers on the Bango thread and whilst my style is somewhat different to his (thankfully) I believe he is essentially right there as trend broken. This share is clearly trending up so I'm in it and have been adding at the appropriate point - not much else is need to know about it | davr0s
27/7/2018 18:31 | RNS. Kestrel sold some. Nice profit I should think. Sensibly done on the rising share price. Somebody took them on. Nothing wrong with that. They've been in since the beginning, with a little trading along the way. | suneday
26/7/2018 09:36 | Don't think so. The wide market doesn't work like that, particularly with a relatively long standing and firmly established company advancing on merit. Been in a generally rising trend throughout 2017 after being sold down by mystery holder(s) and on from there. Looks set to continue, with shareholders insight and expectations recently helped by various increasingly positive RNSs and presentations, including notably MXCP starting to exit at market price, removal of evergreen options, LTIP, and firm dividend plans. | suneday
25/7/2018 21:48 | Where is the troll gone? Hmmm interesting correlation between Chimers last post and the start of the rise | tradermel
25/7/2018 21:34 | Never bad to take a profit - but many just now picking up on Castleton as it gets further into it's stride. Huge potential, and as successful market specialists no reason evident why it can't be realised, | suneday
13/7/2018 17:19 | Yeah agreed - once the tipsters arrive it's probably time to take profits | davr0s
13/7/2018 17:04 | Only news to be found here so far is good news, relating to steady company performance following the planned and proven business model. On the rise without tipsters' often debatable 'help.' IC are very slow off the mark, but they put a buy on it. Can't argue with that as all available indications are there's a lot of growth to come and increasing profitability as the company gets into it's stride. | suneday
12/7/2018 18:35 | That always used to be bad news for a share price. | strangeman
12/7/2018 17:10 | Tipped in IC | mirabeau
11/7/2018 07:56 | Into new territory. | 127tolmers
23/6/2018 14:18 | Holdings RNS yesterday. Chelverton raised holding to 5.39%. | suneday |
