I have this example of a FACT but dont seem to be able to find any "inferences"

When a Director resigns SUDDENLY and leaves IMMEDIATELY with no explanation at all
it does not imply things are going well.

It didnt turn out well for 365Agile and THEY were generating CASH!!

One of the many worries with this co is when the share price drops 1p you wonder if its the start of yet another 10p rout!!
Who in their right mind would take a punt with this sort of risk potential lurking at every step.
