CTP dont maintain houses.
CTP doesn't collect rent.
CTP doesnt process tenants.
CTP simply supplies a software package that is supposed to improve back office.
Im not sure it even does that!!
Not all customers are renewing ?
WHY NOT?
Social Housing groups are in decline they are consolidating meaning less customers.
UK residents will soon need a visa to enter Europe.
The European countries are closing ranks and trying to do business in Europe will be next to impossible unless you are an industry giant with a large footprint.

CTP is a loss making minnow in a very niche market.

CTP has the main players in the social housing UK market sewn up and it still cant make a profit.
How on earth will it manage to change that situation thousands of miles away in Australia lol ?

Its JAM TOMORROW HIGH RISK .

Company buy and build. Borrowing natural part of that, as you well know.
Cash now coming in.
That's the way of it.

Fact is wherever there is social housing, there are properties to be maintained, rent collected and tenants processed.

As social housing is global, this gives CTP a global market, not just 600 UK HA's.

When a Director resigns SUDDENLY and leaves IMMEDIATELY with no explanation at all
it does not imply things are going well.

It didnt turn out well for 365Agile and THEY were generating CASH!!
Oh dear

VERY RELEVANT

Recurring income is falling as the results showed and there are ONLY about 600 Social Housing groups that have the scale to require back office filing services.
Ian Smith pointed this out manys a time.

Sales are vanity CASH is reality.
