Well we have up until the suspension date which is from memory the 28th Dec.
We will get news before then I am sure.
Then if we have not tied up a RTO that satisfies the AIM regulations we will have a further 6 months under suspension to do so or then be delisted.
If delisted the shares would still exist and be tradeable on either another market or by matched bargain basis via JP Jenkins.
But the latter is very unlikely.
Worst case here is they return the cash to shareholders and wind up the company.
That's not going to happen either.
