As at the close of business on 31 March 2010, the unaudited net asset values per 
Share were as follows:

During the first quarter of 2010, the Company received EUR 2,320,720 worth of 
cash flow from its investments in equity (subordinated and income notes) 
securities of which an estimated EUR 1,405,002(1) has been allocated to Income. 
The Company has accrued, in the same period, an estimated EUR 210,469 in income 
from debt securities and cash investments. Expenses during the period were EUR 
353,167.33. As a result, the estimated Net Income available for distributions 
during the quarter is, as at 31 March 2010, EUR 1,268,315or EUR 0.00906  per EUR 
Share and USD 0.0123 per USD Share(2).
