Cape PLC ("Cape" or the "Company")

Cape PLC (AIM:CIU) notes the announcement made earlier today by PCH Group 
Limited ("PCH") to the Australian Stock Exchange and confirms that it has 
resumed talks with the Board of PCH which may or may not lead to Cape making a 
recommended offer for PCH. These discussions are preliminary, and there can be 
no certainty that an offer for PCH will be made.

Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
